  1. I have a shrink wrapper, but you can buy these bags below.  I have gotten them at jo ann fabrics.

I have the tall ones and pillars fit right in them and you can tie it label it and put a cute bow on it.

I use these when I don't feel like shrink wrapping, but I am just gift giving.

I just saw your pics, those are all beautiful!  Not sure the cello bags would work for some of them.

I do not know what sizes the cellos come in, but I've only seen the small and larger ones at joanns

I would not use plastic cling wrap.

Hi debratant!  Sorry for the late reply; I just haven't had time to breathe until today.  You mostly lurk at smf?  Happily? Hoping someone didn't scare you off...

It's ok, it's the Holidays mad rush.  I am so far behind that at this point, I've given up on making anyone anything lol.

Although, last night I did manage to whip out some lip balm (used a base LOL) and a lotion (again, used a base)

So I accomplished that at least.  No one needs to know I didn't whip that stuff up from scratch ;)

I don't know why I don't post often at smf.  Mostly it's a time issue....I come here first since I've just always been

here since I started....then I go over there and end up reading and reading.  It is on my list to contribute more

so that I can get my post count up so I can do the monthly soap challenges.  I love reading the threads and

looking at everyone's results and hope to join in one day!  I have not been scared yet lol....everyone sounds nice.

    😂😂😂

or that bottle of Cannabis FO, when I live with a cop! When/how did I think I would ever use THAT??? Lol

I have a small 1 oz sample bottle of "mary jane" from Peaks.  I'm married to a cop too, actually, he is now the

new chief as he got promoted this past year.  One day, I am going to make up a small candle and have that puppy burning when he comes home

from work.  Ya know, just to shake things up around these here parts lol.  I tell you, that mary jane smells like the real deal

not that I would know of course ;) that was many many years ago lol

I've never had homemade marshmallows. Now I need to find a recipe. Candy making is something I actually do like (even though I hate cooking and to some extent, baking)

Me either! Never even considered you could make homemade marshmellows LOL.  That's how cooking challenged I am.

I do not like cooking...not so much the act of cooking, it's the deciding what to cook, having the ingredients etc etc.

If I ever hit the lottery, I will be hiring my own personal cook.  Someone to figure out a weekly menu, get the ingredients for it, then cook it LOLOL

I can handle making snacks and doing baking

I make crocheted wash cloths and 'soap-savers' to sell. However, the thick cotton of the soap-saver doesn't tend to dry very well, and gets kind of icky if the person doesn't take it out of the shower every few days to a week and wash it. So, I've also been trying to design a mesh soap saver to go over the soap and hang (made out of the material that those body poofs are made of - know what I mean?) so you can slip the soap in that, use it like you would the body poof, and then hang it to dry in between showers/baths. (I hope that makes sense - I'll post of pic of one if I can find one)

Have you tried using this yarn? I get these as dishcloths from my stepmom who crochets them and I LOVE them. I think these yarns would work

    great as soap saver poofs!

  6. I love animals....maybe more than people to be honest...and unfortunately animals are being forced out of their habitat because

in my opinion, there are too many dang people and buildings and industry and whatnot in the world.

It's a terrible thing to actually have the thought that the people herd should be thinned out LOL.  Sorry...but sometimes I

    feel that way.

I see it just in my own neighborhood. We never had groundhogs in our town.  I mean, I'm sure we did, but they lived in the woods and

were rarely seen.  The woods/farms have now been overtaken by industry, strip malls or housing developments.  I see TONS

of groundhogs now, right near my house. I feel bad for the little guys.   It saddens me to see animals basically living/visiting housing developments to eat

and the people who live in those developments get outraged or in a panic if they see a bear in the area, or a deer eats their plants/trees etc.

We even have coyotes now, saw one myself trying to cross the busy Interstate when I was driving to work last year.  People were all

over social media panicking over the coyote sightings. And here I was, worried and wondering and hoping that it made it

across the busy 3 lane highway!

I don't know what people expect?   Sorry, kind of a rant and not really about Palm....but I do feel bad for the orangutan and agree with TT....poverty

and I also think PEOPLE.  Way too many of us!

As a side note, in my house, the feeding order goes like this

husband gets his plate, and only because he is the husband lol

the dog (primo) gets his plate

    then me....lol

  7. That is how I started making tealights too.  That was the instructions.  I rarely make them now, except for myself if I have leftover wax from my candle

pours, and they remain just for me for my tea light melter.  I switched from using the plastic tea light cups after having one catch on fire in my warmer.

I use high temp hot glue now for those.
