    I have some Easter egg molds and bunny molds for Easter, but am having a hard time finding spring/Easter scents. The only one I see is Jelly Beans (which I might try) and Easter Lily (probably wont try, dont do florals). Any other suggestions??? I know it is only January, but I am a terrible procrastinator, so I figure if I get some ideas now, I can start playing around and be ready when the time comes! Thanks for any suggestions! Tara

    I would do the $3 for craft shows because personally, I would rather deal with 3 $1 bills then change.

    I dont add color, but I use soy wax, so it is white anyhow.... I just wait until it thickens to the slushy stage, then pour. You can see my cinnamon buns on my site www.TarasScentGifts.com

    I currently make melts, room sprays & air fresheners, but would like to try some soap for friends & family as gifts. I have some silicone cupcake type molds (snowmen & snowflakes) that I would like to use, but do not know which type of soap to start with. There seem to be several kinds of m&p soap bases (shea butter, goats milk, etc). What would be a good base for this type of thing? Thanks!!

    I actually have one of these warmers, (I bought it brand new in box at a garage sale for $1.00! LOL) and there is more space than you think between the candle and the top of where the 'bowl' sits (on mine anyhow). I think they are cute, but I prefer electric, tealights don't last very long.

    use a mold..... much easier I have seen peanut butter cookie molds at Flexible Molds I think.

    Yes, you can order them in bulk. I get mine from The Candle Source http://www.thecandlesource.com/catalog/i518.html You can also buy them by 1000, for I think $12.00 + shipping. Just email her and ask, or look them up on ebay! I have several packages around here if you would like a 100 or so to try, just let me know!! forgot to add.... they do not suck the scent out either. I actually have some left overs from last Christmas that still smell as strong as when I made them!!!

    I dont use shrink wrap, but I do make the 1 ounce melts like Yankee, and I just put them in a 3 x 3 zip loc bag. They fit perfectly!

    In a way, I hope so. But one side of me is saying 'ahhhh what am I getting my self into!! Do you think the scent names are ok? I tried to be creative and relate them to football.... notice I said TRIED LOL

    thanks girls!! They are actually ice cube molds LOL ..... I saw them at the Buckeye Store, and knew just what I could do with them!!! I am going to take some to my craft store this week and see how they sell.

    I also print my own labels. I get mine from Bittercreek, and use Avery Design Pro to create them.

    are you talking about Aroma Ornies? They are made out of aroma beads, and are similar to smelly jelly crystals, but you bake them once you have added fragrance and color. BC has them and the instructions on their site: http://www.candlesupply.com/how2aromaornies.html
