I never found cotton candy that was great IMO, but in the past I used Just Scents vanilla buttercream crunch and it was very strong. I also used Daystars buttercream frosting which was very good. They are very diiferent scents, but the JS was stronger and I preferred it.

I absolutely agree, I feel like it's deceptive and gimmicky
It is, and I see it a lot. I have even heard them tell people at shows that their candles are stronger because they use extra fragrance. GRRRR!!!

Wow, I never received any bad oil from RE, I think they carry quality oils. Hopefully the oils weren't bad.

I love ICS pink sugar. it is so strong. I use LX wicks in parasoy, but use CD's in straight soy. I am testing a jar today for my sister, she wants this tiny little jar (3.70 oz) to go on her outside tables.

So I see candles advertised as triple scented and double scented, etc. This bugs me, I know that the wax can only hold so much fragrance oil. Does this bug you?

Kitty litter absorbs a lot of rancid oil.
Good to know, thx. Then you throw away the litter?/

With bad rancid oils??? Oh boy!!!

I think it depends on the fragrance. some just last a very long time. I have some oils that are very old, 5 years and plus, still going strong. I have others that smelled bad after a year so I tossed them
How do you get rid of FO that are not any good? I have put some of mine in wax fire starters, some I burned up with wood bon fires.Just wondering what everyone else does to dispose of old unusable oils.

I don't make a lot of candles anymore, but I recently bought 2lbs of vanilla delicious (hoarder) for myself. This is my favorite vanilla by far.

Good to know. My favorite pine was always Heartfelts Rocky Mountain PIne, never found one like it.

I never thought of pine and vanilla, sounds different. I once did a pine and orange scent. I called it orange peel and pine.

Ok so I have been going thru my supplies, and of course I have some MW fata morgana, which to me is heaven on earth. I really want to dupe this before it is all gone, but who dupes FO's and is anyone willing to buy some, cause I am sure I won't need all of it, LOL?

Wow I love vanilla delicious from Daystar, but it is not VBN, IMO. I have been ordering this FO for myself, I make sprays to keep the buffalo gnats away. My husband and son spray it all over them to go outside to keep them gnats away.
I was just getting ready to order some van delicious today, because I am about out.
As far as Indiana I love their cinnamon bun classic, pink sugar, and blueberry cheesecake. YUM,

Millcreek had awesome fragrances, I have not been actively making candles lately, but when I used to, I remember MC having a lot of great scents. I hope that they are still doing it, I know a lot of suppliers have closed.

I sure would give my right arm for some Fata Morgana, LOL!

Did anyone ever dupe Fata Morgana from ScentWorks?

nevermind I see your other post, Candybee

I once added the Crisco, back in the day, not now. When I used straight soy, I added the coconut oil, to help with the appearance issues. But nowdays I only use my wax, 6006, love it or I use Candlewics cbl-130, no adding anything.

Wow, that is crazy, and yes what did you have to do?

I love Slieghbells from LS!!

CMS has them.

My favorite fruit scents are:
Strawberry Jam BCN
Raspberry Cordial CC
Blueberry Chessecake ICS
Cranberry Orange Spice ICS
Blackberry Jam Butter Cookie DS
Baked Apples ICS

Millcreeks is really good too.

I have not ever liked any of the free oils they offer as free, they always stink to me.

Yes, that is a good thing. I don't sell anymore, just make stuff for myself. But I always loved an educated customer.
