Hubby would love the skullies.... super cute!

We use the precut pouches. Haven't have a problem yet.

Good idea. So you are putting the label on before you zap it with the heat gun?
Yup!
We do that with our soaps and tarts. As long as you have a decent label, it will keep it from opening when you zap it.

I don't have a sealer...I am not sure if you can shrink wrap with just the bags and heat gun. I tried it once, but the plastic came open. I was thinking maybe polypro bags. Either zipper or flap top resealable ones. Anyone know who has the best price. I think a 3x4 I can fit 2 1oz tarts in if they overlap a smidge. Then I could have 2 in each bag and a bag for each scent. Do the resealable bags work just as well as the zip bags? Anyone have a preference which to use? Thanks for your advice.
Jamie
Zip bags tend to leak the scent, unless its a thicker ply of plastic. We use a regular heat gun from the craft store and fold the open under the label. Works well for keeping it closed.

I'm not affiliated with that company, and after looking at their site, they don't look like they are on the level.

Thanks for the heads up. I have them on my list for incense products.

What kind of images are you looking for?
You might be better off getting some software that is royalty free for commercial use.

These lids are the vented daisy lids so unfortunately you can't put a label on the lid.
I realize they are vented, but if the label is larger than the vent, it would stick to the top, and provide and extra scent seal.

I'd use a round label affixed to the top of the jar, same size as the diameter of the lid. Try WorldLabel

No, I haven't tried them, I'm not a robe guy. But depending on how many you wanted to order, I'd contact the companies and say "Hey, I wanna know the quality of your robes, and I plan on ordering .... can you send me out a sample, or at least let my order 1 to try before I buy?"
It's something that many companies are willing to do, especially if they are going to get a nice order in the future.
