Thank you for answering. I was wondering, Would Castor oil work? or is there other kind of oil to add? I add brown sugar and ground oatmeal to my MP soap. It lather great, but would like it to last longer than just few hand wash. Meg

I have searched, but not quite sure what to really search for. I make MP soap but was wondering if there's an additive that would make MP soap last longer? rather than it enlarging and soften up fast when in contact with water. Did that make sense? anyhow was hoping someone here can tell me. Thanks much. Meg

Yes, Do not leave it on all the time, a friend of mine had just told me that a candle maker went out of business cause his house caught on fire from presto pot of wax left unattended. I only use it to melt my wax, take out what i need in my pouring pot and then I unplug it til next batch to be melted and use again. Meg

I see them sell for $19.99 at Craft shows and some area up to $24.99(with fixins,homespun and hang tag) Really cute. Depends on what's all with it. I like them. Meg
