  1. Try (ICS) Indiana Candle Supply. They sell them and they will fit the 12" reeds.
  2. Also, Cozy Home is by far the strongest I have used for diffusers. It throws great and is a very fall-like scent....Good luck
  3. I am presently using ICS base/reeds and have found that Cozy home, Spicy Gingerbread and Cinnamon Stick from Mill Creek throw very well. I am curious about the base you are using... How has it been working for you? It is quite expensive and I have been tempted to try it... What has worked best for you in terms of FO's? Also what reeds do you use? Sorry for all the questions. Hope this helps.
  4. I am using the ICS products as well and they appear to be of good quality. Have not tried the chemistry store but the enhanced base is certainly less expensive. Indiana candle is a www.candlesupply.us. Erin I have posted on here recently regarding some of my testing which has been with some mixed results thus far. I am using MC and ICS for my FO.... Can you share some of your successful ratios/results with scents from those suppliers with this base and reeds. Also according to ICS Lebermuth has several bases?? so are you getting it from them direct or ICS. Think you indicated ICS. Thanks
  5. I have tried Wellington and they were a bit thinner but seemed okay but are much more expensive. I do not have much experience yet with these but the quality seems good and I believe others on here have used them successfully. I have wondered about that however, I am trying to sort out when it is a fragrance issue vs. a ratio mixing issue or reed quality. I do doubt that it is the reeds. Anyone else with experience with ICS Base and Reeds input would be appreciated regarding your experience with what works and does not in terms of ratio and FO choice or feedback on the reeds. Thanks
  6. I have been experimenting for about 2 months using the base/reeds from ICS and a couple of scents from ICS and several from Millcreek. I am have mixed success so far with throw. I am using various mix ratios based on the scent. I start at 3:1 and adjust accordingly. So far i have had success (or lack of) with the following scents : MC Gain - very strong MC Cozy Home - very strong MC High Cotton - medium-strong MC Lemongrass - medium MC White Tea and Ginger - medium at a high ratio MC Cinnamon Stick - Strong MC Spiced Cranberry - light-medium (will increase to 50/50) MC Balsam and Spice - so so MC Spicy Ginger Bread - so far so good MC Vanilla Hazlenut mocha - no luck ICS - Cactus and Sea Salt - Medium ICS - Pink Sugar (should be good have tested MC version) Getting ready to test: Extreme Vanilla, Sweet Orange and Chili pepper, Sweet Pea and me, Vanilla Chai, spanish melon, Coconut Lime Verb. I would be interested in hearing any one elses successes with other scents from these suppliers or any other and really would like to get feedback on the best base to use based on your experience or your experience with this one.... Thanks.
