  1. Thank you all so much! I mailed it! *sniffle* It looked so pretty and sparkely!
  2. I'm so sad to have to part with this bracelet! lol It has 31 different colors of Mini Fairy Lanterns, attached to silver plated chain. It was a special order for a customer. I really can't stop looking at it! I hope she likes it, too! I'm thinking that this would also make a really neat necklace! I wonder how many lanterns that would take! lol
  3. Oh my gosh! Those are wonderful! I <3 cupcakes! Fantastic job!
  4. Those are amazing! So pretty and colorful! I bet they smell yummy, too!
  5. Those look so neat for fall! Thank you for sharing!
  6. Thank you for bringing that up! That is actually why I mentioned that I was just using them for ornaments; to see if anyone else thought that I would be okay with JS oils. You know, since I wasn't using them in any of the more complicated applications. Thank you all for your help!
  7. Okay, I guess that settles it! lol Thank you so much guys for taking the time to read all that and help me out. It is much appreciated!
  8. Hello everyone! We're going to be having a small fund raiser at work in November, and I was put in charge of gathering the supplies! Woohoo! One thing that we're going to be making is scented ornaments - felt ornaments filled with aroma beads. Right now I'm trying to decide where to get the fragrance oils. One of the other girls already has a bunch of aroma beads, so we've got that covered. I've been leaning towards either Day-Star or Just Scent. We really don't want to have to order from too many suppliers for this, so I'm trying to pick just one. I was reading the fragrance twins thread, and they seem to have quite a few similar scents. At least from what I remember. So that makes me think the quality must be similar as well. I do like the large variety at Just Scent, and the fact that the samples are only 1oz. We really don't need more than that of each scent right now. But one of the scents we're interested in is a Buttercream Frosting, and most people have said that Day-Star's is their favorite for that. Does Just Scent have something similar? If they do, I guess that will answer my question! If we order from JS, we'll be able to purchase more fragrance oils, but at the same time I want the quality to be good in aroma beads. Oy. So I guess my question is, based on all that I just mentioned, would you suggest Day-Star or Just Scent? Any help and suggestions are going to be GREATLY appreciated! lol
  9. Thank you very much! I do have one beaded scented cupcake left in my shop right now. The one that is left is actually my favorite one out of that batch. They are for sitting up and looking cute (and smelling good!) Hehe! The smaller ones I do use for earrings and necklaces. And you can chose any colors you like for those! Let me know if there's anything I can do for you! And thanks again!
  10. Thank you all very much! I'm going to have to make more this weekend I think. I only have one left! lol
  11. Thank you so much guys! They make me want real cupcakes, too! lol At least these have no calories or fat. Hehe!
  12. Well, think I'm finally happy with the design, size, and scent of these little cupcakes! I set them up in this picture with the smaller ones that I’ve been using for the necklaces and earrings. So if you already have one of my little tiny ones, you can see how the size compares! Each of the larger scented cupcakes measures approximately 3/4” tall, and 3/4” wide at their widest part. (Okay, they’re not exactly large, just larger than the other ones! lol) They have all been scented with a delicious Birthday Buttercream Cupcake fragrance. Hard to resist taking a little nibble! lol Yum! So what do you guys think?
  13. Everything looks sooo cute! Got so excited there I forgot to finish my reply! I was going to suggest selling your charms, and then having a separate listing for the chain for necklaces, etc. That way people can have the option of either charms or finished jewelry.
  14. Thank you, simplyorganic! I'm quite obsessed with cupcakes myself! lol Have you heard about those cupcake shops that do frosting shots? You just get a little cup of frosting for around $1. Yum! That sounds like heaven in a cup! lol
  15. Thanks Luci! Here's the earrings: I'm working on a listing now for the matching earrings and necklace set.
  16. Happy Birthday to you! Hehe… I’ve been working on these for a while now! Sweet little beaded Birthday Party Cupcakes! Each tiny little cupcake is just under 1/2” wide, and just over 1/2” tall. They are made from high quality silver wire and Japanese seed beads. Some are topped with Swarovski crystals, some are topped with pearls. Some are even covered in sprinkles! I decided to make some fun little necklaces out of this batch. I have been wearing this one for a couple of days now. Everyone keeps asking me where I got it! lol “Oh, I baked it myself.” Hehe… As soon as I have time, I’m going to make some matching earrings! And now I would love to hear your thoughts and suggestions on these new little cuppycakes!
  17. Very fun and colorful! I've seen you on Etsy before! I was looking your soaps!
  18. This is part of a custom order for someone; I wanted to share it because I think it is just so pretty! She wanted these color lanterns - bubble gum, lilac, and Fairy Glen green. I love the colors she chose! She also wanted longer earrings. I hope she likes this earring design. I just sort of came up with it out of nowhere. lol I'll probably do more things with this color combo; it's just so pretty and fairyish! lol
  19. Thanks guys! I love the idea of two shades of beads for the bottom. I will definitely try that! I'm also working on some that have different swirled icing colors! I can't wait to get one of those finished. This one is actually too big for a necklace, so I'm going to work on a smaller version that can be used on a necklace. I've had a lot of people asking to put it on a necklace, but this one is a bit too big! lol I also just ordered some Swarovski rounds to use as cherries on top! And I've got a bunch of really cute sprinkle-type beads. I also did a few beaded kiwi and strawberry slices, and a set of citrus slices. I just need to sit down with all of my ideas, and start working stuff out.
  20. Hello everyone! In keeping with my trend of scented mini foods, I just recently finished making a scented beaded cupcake! I’ve been working on a beaded cupcake with swirly icing for a while now. I think I really like how this one turned out. I may do a little work on the bottom cake part, but over all I’m quite happy with it! This one is approximately 1 1/8” tall. Scented with Fresh Raspberry fragrance. I plan on adding some fun little sprinkles, cherries, and other toppings to them later on. Right now I’m just trying to get the shape and the icing right. I’ll also probably change up the fragrances and use scents like buttercream, strawberry buttercream, lemon cupcake, etc. More bakery type scents. I’ve got some adorable little packaging on the way for them, too! I would love to hear everyone’s thoughts and suggestions! Especially on toppings. Beaded fruit slices, flowers, etc.
  21. I actually made these Friday afternoon. I’m having a really hard time getting good pictures of them because it’s been really cloudy here over the weekend. I’m so excited about how these turned out! They are made entirely of polymer clay. And glitter. They measure just at 1 1/8” wide. Lightly scented to smell like sugar cookies. I read about them at their Wikipedia page before making them, so that they would look at least a little bit accurate. I turned them all into necklaces. So they are now strung on silver plated chain. And I added a Swarovski pearl to each one, because I thought they looked like they were missing something. And the pearls with the bright colors and glitter look really tea partyish to me. Anyway, I would love to know what you guys think! Oh! And here's the link to the Wikipedia page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Party_ring
  22. Thank you! This is actually an air dry clay recipe from my grandmother. I tweeked it a bit though.
  23. Thank you so much guys! I really enjoy making colorful jewelry; or really any kind of jewelry for that matter! It's really a lot of trial and error. Figuring out the best combination of items and 'ingredients' to use for each piece. But it IS fun though! Thanks again guys!
