  1. yes definetly pay attention to everyone. always say hello and thanks for stopping. i too see vendors at shows sitting talking to each other, having a picnic, and ignoing their potential customer. i hate nothing more than showing interest in a product only to have to kiss the vendors butt to get any info or even a crack of a smile. i don't even sit when i see a customer coming. customer service is every business's #1 priority for a reason. have fun and customers will too.

  2. yes brad, thanks for the heads up. i know i appreciate a heads up.

i just paid $73 for c3 in pittsburgh today. the owner said it is like gas. keeps going up steadly and will keep going up.

i prefer the warning. buy 6 cases today at 73 each is better than 2 today at 73 then 4 in 3 weeks at $93 a case.

i also heard about borrowing $ from china to pay us. what the!

also, i have windmills all around me and my electric bill this winter averaged $380. where the heck is that generated electric going? certainly not in my neighborhood!:angry2:

  3. hey all! to those who wholesale, i want some soaps. i don't do soaps but i have a store and want some soaps to go along with my b&b items. i just want a few bars of a few different scents. about 24. if this is worth it for any one, email me. i am looking for some interesting soaps. my store is at a ski resort so right now we are busy and hopefully the soaps would sell well & i'll need more. cool soap, nice packaging, email me.

  4. i really got to thinking of this really out of curiousity due to seeing some on ebay like monkey farts. i mean do the people who make and sell monkey fart all make their own and like calling it monkey farts. i know the woman on ebay doesn't make her own but does sell it so cheap. maybe she makes it but i believe her "me" said she was a secretary or something. i am not trying to do the same. i buy from her and about 5 others. i was just super curious. if she doesn't make it but buys it and resells it for 10.5 per 16 oz. how much does she get it for? must be a fair price and it is great fo. i mean those who sell wholesale here and don't get the fo at a "true" wholesale price. wouldn't you like to? anything to cut costs. i have a rep that wants to carry my line but asks 20%. well if i could save on the fo i wouldn't mind paying him 20%. i am sure the minumums are large but you never know if things can work out or not until you try. lets face it gas going up means less money to spend, i'd love to make my product cheaper anyhow to help those who have to pinch their pennies but still want a good candle or b&b for a great price.

  5. i went colorless too. i love it and sale haven't changed. i think it looks cleaner and it makes candle making much easier. i agree with the " well i have a pink bathroom but i like the lemongrass" well it don't matter with no color!

i use a clear matte label and it looks great. i am very satisfied after trying 20 different looks.

  6. i have had some sweat. this winter i poured in two different size jars, the large one sweated the small didn't? same batch, same pour time frame. i had some sweat the other day. i came home from work and it was soo hot, some sweated. i always use 1 oz pp. again as everything else with soy, good one day, bad next day, well that is my experience. what the??

  7. i love my presto pot, i'll never go back! 2 of my burners on my stove burnt out recently. my husband blames my candle makin!!!!!:laugh2: i already had one burnt out so i am down to one burner. not a good thing, i priced a new smooth top range and about fell off my seat!!!!!!!!!!!

my advice to anyone, save your stove, buy a presto!! you won't regret it
