Congrats thats a very nice show.

Thank You for all the kind comments I get open house postcards printed a I hand them out at craft fairs. I have been selling candles for 5 years now and have a large mailing list. I give away door prizes at the door and also give out a prize every 1/2 hour. This year the 1/2 hour giveaway I gave the blow up snow globes that sit on the table and play Christmas music. They are really cute. I only have the open house for 4 hours. I also order a 6 foot sub I serve cookies and cake. Coffee soda and juice. I try to make it as fun as possible. I have people calling me in October for the date of the open house. For some reason the people really like to come over and see what's new. At my open house is when I release all the new scents for the coming year people really like that cause they feel they are the first ones to get the new scents. This works very well for me. It cost me around $300 to have an open house.(Thats postcards, food and Prizes) At the open house I have 6 helpers. This year I had around 11,000 worth of stuff. I also get tons of calls the whole week after my open house for orders. This is probably the best thing I every started if it keeps getting bigger I will have to have my open house at a hall

nope the spray paint did not come off. I used the flat black paint

I bought the gold one and spray painted them black. Saved about .03 a top.

Men really like the smell of pomegranate. I don't know why but that is my biggest selling candle that men buy.

I charge $20- $45 for them. Hot Apple pie is the biggest seller. Christmas tree, Spiced cranberry and Downey April fresh.

I have an account with bearington as long as you leave the bearington tag on the bottom you can dip them. The wholesale price for the bearington bears are $6-$15 each.

Also they are bearington bears. They cost a little more but are well worth the price

They are dipped in paraffin wax. Soy is way too messy when you bag them if you hit them it gets all over the bag.
