    I am new at this too and it seems like I always get some kind of mushroom. I'm thinking that it's something that is not that uncommon with soy. Just remember to to trim the wick.

    I have tons of Sweetcakes FO's and since they are so pricey, is there a list anywhere that has which SC fo's do ok in soy candles? Some I have a couple ounces of that I hate to waste if they don't do well in soy. Thanks much.

    Moonrose, do you use Sweetcakes Bulgarian Rose in Candles? I love it in soap but wasn't sure how it would work in wax?

    Hi everyone. As a newbie I have been reading tons of great info on these boards. I am looking for cute 4 oz jars to begin my journey into candlemaking. I saw the studio type jars and fell in love with them. I am wanting to make soy candles, but is this a difficult jar to start off with because of its shape?
