  1. Her Icy Peppermint is wonderful-no fuelly smell like with some. The Oatmeal Milk and Honey is fantastic too. Tracey
  2. Thanks Laura- I am going to check those out!!!!! Tracey
  3. Thanks. Purple Lilac I sent you a pm. Thanks Wintergreen-I checked out that site-they have a lot of stuff and at a decent price. I am going to stop and check out the prices at the coop and see how they compare...I am sure they are probably higher. Tracey
  4. I found some recipes for bath teas and wondered if you can get dried rose petals somewhere (probably a dumb question) or, if I dry my own, how long does it take for them to dry enough to be crumbled and added to a tea? Do you get most of the herbal stuff just at the grocery store or a natural foods store? I feel foolish asking, but didn't know if it made a difference where you purchased from? I have a food coop in my area and you can buy a lot of these things in bulk-that's why I ask. How much do you typically put in one of the bags???? Thanks Tracey
  5. I appreciate it. Now, decisions, decisions. Thanks again and Hope you had a Happy Holiday Tracey
  6. Thank you!!!!!!! They are nice looking bottles!!!!! That may be where I originally saw them...... Tracey

  9. I was thinking along the lines of 8oz or so. Maybe even 12oz. I have seen them, I just can't remember where. Thanks Tracey
  10. like champagne bottles. I was browsing some sites and had seen these somewhere and can't remember where now. Does anyone know who carries these???? I thought they might be nice to include in a Valentine's Day basket. Thanks Tracey
  11. Thank you! I get mine from Florida Soap Supplies. I have always had good luck with whipping it in the shorter amount of time, but you know, once in a while you read something and it makes you second guess yourself. Thanks again Tracey
  12. Thanks- I didn't think it took that long, but...................I haven't timed either. I try to watch it volume wise vs time wise. Tracey
  13. Question for those of you who use this. How long does it take you to whip it up to double the volume? I have been using this and whipping for only few minutes, but read in one of the recipes posted here to whip it 10 minutes. Does it take that long to really whip the FBB good? If so then all this time I thought I may have over beaten it when I haven't whipped it long enough. Thanks Tracey
  14. Have you tried a htp73 in those????? I have had luck with that size before. The CD's may work in that blend. I use CD's in Vic's KY125 with success. Try perhaps an 8 or a 10. I don't use BC's Pumpkin Spice, but the one I use is a bit tougher to burn. HTH Tracey
  15. Then I'll have to find an Avon rep-LOL. Tracey
  16. Does anyone know if there are dupes out there for Avon fragrances-I had someone ask me about Sweet Honesty. Not even sure Avon makes this any more. Thanks bunches Tracey
  17. Hi there- I use a lot of Scented Bean FO's and use only 1 oz of any of her scents and some you could probably go a little less. They are awesome. Candle Cocoon is another and a lot of ICS I can go down to 1oz on. Tracey
  18. Thanks for posting your info. I have to order from Kathy so I may order a sample to try out first and I will post when i have tested. I have a few scents that I think smell different or "odd" but no one else does-maybe it's just our noses(lol). Tracey
  19. The Brandied Pear is wonderful. Lyschel's service is outstanding!!!! Tracey
  20. Let me know what you think once you burn it. How much did you use per pound? I may order just a sample and see what happens. Tracey
  21. Has anyone used this soy?? If so your opinions. Thanks Tracey
  22. Yep, that' s another one of those pit falls. I am going to keep pouring how I have been. Tracey
  23. Go figure huh!!!! Thanks for the pics and responding. I guess patience really is a virtue and makes for a beautiful candle in the long run. Thanks again- Tracey
  24. I may have to try one out once I get through this show and see what happens. I had thought about sink holes too-it seems I have read about that problem when pouring hot. Tracey
  25. Saturday and wondered about pouring hotter to pour quicker so to speak. Maybe I'll just leave well enough alone. Tracey
