well, I'd want the metal ones, but I want something unique!
Not the same ole same ole, but need metal for the beautiful palm wax.

You might check these people out. I found their prices cheaper than Reikes, plus no minimum order www.marckassoc.com HTH

Oh no....I just ordered a sample bottle, and was going to order some more. I wonder how long they are going to be out of stock.

I haven't heard anyone mention this scent, but I just poured this scent by Just By Nature in a starburst palm pillar today....and OMG! Absolutely amazing cold throw. I can't stop sniffing it. Can't wait to burn it!!

I've used palm wax from several companies, and have never had to use stearic or mold release stuff to get them out of the mold. they just slip right out. you need to zap the mold with a heat gun before pouring in your wax, and then cover the mold after pouring in the wax (cools slower, preventing holes and craters). with testing, works a whole lot easier to use wick pins so you can just pull a tabbed wick out from the bottom to test another. hth

definitely the presto pot WITH spigot. What a godsend. I have several large melters also, but still prefer to use the presto pot, esp with smaller orders. just melts quicker and so handy. the spigot is so easy to put in. if my husband and I can do it, any one can!

I think maybe you were, but I took notice and contacted him. I'm SO happy I did

this is who I went through. He was great, and got the lowest rate around. I feel confident that he got us everything that we needed for all of our products (Cards, candles, sunscreens, mosquito repellent, etc). Will definitely be recommending him to others, and thanks to whomever listed him here in the first place. You won't be sorry!

Larry is very helpful, and their rates are great. We are very happy with them. HTH

Their glass glow is great, it is on back order though, due in next week, I believe, but they are great to work with, love their soy waxes too. Their minimum order is a 50 lb bag....hth

I do the waterslide, have found out that different decals from different companies behave differently. I also work with palm wax, and the decals look great on them except when you have a photo of people. Just wanted to try the embeds to see how they look, but want to stay with the natural waxes (soy and palm). Thanks for all the help everyone. You are a godsend. Not a day goes by that I don't learn something.

Thanks Amy. I thought about the dipping, but wasn't sure about it. I'm sure it takes some practice to get it right. What kind of glue do you use to glue on the photo? TIA

I'm trying to do a photo embed in a 3X6 pillar using EcoSoya PB (1.8 oz with 2 teasp BW), 6% Fo (White Chocolate from JBN..super yummy), no other additives. My pic is on tracing paper, looks great, followed instructions to the letter, even using oil for mold release, paper soaks up wax well, sets up in the mold great. When I go to get it out of the mold, I always have to stick it in the frig for about 10 mins, and the photo sticks to the side of the mold every time! What am I doing wrong???
Call me clueless and frustrated in Kansas!!! lol HELP:confused: Pretty Please
-
Oh that they do. Would rather go to Edwardsville than into KC to get the wax any day.
me too!

in the next few months. the building is built. we picked up some wax there last week, but they had to bring it over there. they really go out of their way to help
-
morris wax also has a warehouse in KCMO and a new one in Edwardsville. They met me in Edwardsville even though their warehouse isn't open yet, so I wouldn't have far to drive. They are excellent helping you out. Ask for Brian or Gary
