  1. Can anyone please tell me where I can find this at? I did a search here, but can't find a supplier.
  2. Green leaf has the best cool water..it's a definate hit! You won't be disapointed.
  3. Fist, I would like to say hello to everyone and it is nice to meet you all! :smiley2: This is my first post but I have been reading post's here for a few weeks and I love it! I first became intrested in container candles when I first bought a container candle from my neighbor's friend at work and I was hooked, no more store bought candles for me! But she has moved out of state and I need a hobby and would really love to make container candles since I have no one to buy from anymore and I really stink at crocheting, sewing & stiching!:embarasse lol. I think I pretty much have every thing I need, but I am confused on the wick I should be using, I have three small children at home and I've heard of candles exploding and stuff like that and wanted to ask the advice of all you expirianced candle makers out there. I am using EZ soy container candle flakes and 8oz jelly jars that measure 2.5" Dia x 3 3/4 high. What would be the best wick to start? I know I need to test these candles but I just need a starting point with what size wick to use. Okay, well maybe I had like three questions..lol. Sorry, I'm just excited! With the soy wax that I am using, do I need to add additives, if so what kind? And the third and final question...what would be better to dye my candles with? Liquid or dye chips? I think I already have everything else that I need, I have a presto kitchen kettle, two 4 qt pouring pot, scale and a thermometer. If I'm missing anything, please let me know I want to be prepared when I start..I'm so excited! Thank you for all your help and am looking forward to hearing from you all! Again, Nice to meet you all and happy holidays! Teresa P.s. Um..Just in case, I live in Dallas Texas, But I've heard that it depends on where you live on how your candles will turn out..I don't know if that's true, but I thought I'd ask just in case..lol. Okay, was that like five questions already?...:embarasse . Sorry. Tia everybody!!
