For wholesale distributors - where the rep gets your products into stores we offer 15% of the wholesale price as commission. This is a common commission from what we found out in talking to several people we know.

The retail reps (party consultant types) we have set on a commission scale based on the dollar amount of their sales for the set period or party date. The more they sell the higher percentage they would get starting at 25% and up to 40% of the retail max.

I get that problem too, but only when using a sheet of labels a few times.

I'm blaming it on the heat generated by the printer discoloring the sheet since it's the full sheet that turns slightly purple.

No advice to give on a fix for that though. Sorry.

The batch I made yesterday were yellow when I put it in the mold. At first I thought maybe it was the scent, but the next day they were nice and white.

I guess give it a while and see how it turns out.

The most I fit was 14 lbs. in bar soap in a flat rate box and that was a very tight fit. you could try it though and see if it works for you.

Is there a specific jar style you are looking for? We do a few.

It is the slot in the front that feeds single sheets from the outside. It is labeled with a 1 on the center of the tray.

The easy way to look at it is the tray you want is the same place you pull to put paper into the inside tray.

Also, just to help if label help is needed we use the clear gloss labels from labelsbythesheet. The labels are not specifically called waterproof.

Basically any vinyl / plastic label will be waterproof with a laser printer due to the nature of the printer burning toner instead of spraying liquid ink.

We use the 4630 as well. Love the look, throws scent well.

We sell ours for $1.50 for a pack of 10 sticks. They sell well.

I can't stand burning them because all they do is smoke but a lot of people like that.

Sold in 12 packs here as well. We used to have them priced at $10 but sell about 3 times more now that we went to $8 a pack.

Before buying citric acid online, we found some at a "Natural Foods" store in town.

I think it was around $5.99 for 4 ounces. Didn't buy much of that before going online. Online even with shipping we get 5 pounds for around $14.

Yes, clear labels on a laser printer will be waterproof.

This is the reason we bought our laser printer.

Never could get that Krylon spray to work right with inkjet.

Also been shipping USPS priority mail, or Fedex Ground for larger orders. No problems here and we've shipped to Las Vegas a few times in the last week as well as several customers in Florida.

We only ship out on Monday and Tuesday however unless it's somewhere close to us.

The biggest fluted round mold I see there is a 3" x 6.5"

It wouldn't have the holes in it, but I would be fine with a 3" x 9" fluted I think.

May need to try that program out and see if it helps.

Getting these 2" round from labels by the sheet to line up right is driving me nuts.

Ok, I got a response back. It looks like they use a machine for those so I'll just have to order these candles from them.

Actually it is fluted. I have seen one candle in person. The catch of it is that in the fluted curved parts it is hollow.

I did contact Genwax for a few questions about the candles. I may just get the candles from them in the end. It seems that finding a 9" fluted mold is not going to be easy.

I will contact them again regarding the molds like you suggested.

Does anyone know where to get a mold for these? I've been looking for days with no luck.

That depends on the size you are looking for.

We use a meatballer that we got by the cooking utensils at a store. This makes about a 2 oz. ball.

I like Luck Star Candles. However it looks like someone else is using it already.

If you do a google search for "Lucky Star Candles" you'll see it. It's the first listing. Looks like they sell on ebay and have a website as well.
