cp doesnt "melt" like mp - you would basically be doing a rebatch, which isnt bad, just usually not as smooth

From my understanding, coconut oil and castor oil - any oil really - doesnt bubble UNLESS its saponified (i.e made into soap with lye) so what you have added is superfat - not bubbles.

my daughter got one for christmas from Michaels. it came in a kit and is meant for M&P, though it works for CP (at least until it breaks LOL) I also saw one here http://www.goplanetearth.com/molds_single_wordsymbol.html 3/4 of the way down the page

I melt my oils in the microwave then mix the lye with cold distilled water stirl until the lye is clear then dump the lye solution into the oils. Sort of a version of RTCP

Oooh, I do, I do! I really like it, I line with waxed paper and then when its time to cut, I can cut right through the paper - no unmolding necessary! To line, I just put a pice of paper across the mold to cover the slots in the sides - I dotn worry about lining the ends- no need. it great.

The liquid colors I use are from Michaels and I also have some from Soap Silly.

I took a knife to my solid PKO and went at it like crazy - like using an ice pick. Great way to relieve some stress!

You probably saw a calabash.
Edited to add: shea doesnt come in the calabash, its just a type of gourd. Shea actually comes from the nuts of a tree, as the post from care bear says!

How easy or hard is it to get them out of those molds? Are they pretty flexible?
