I also bought a hand truck. I should have bought one along time ago. Very handy when you don't have anyone to help you.

Just wanted to let everyone know. Harbor Freight Tools has heat guns on sale for $9.00. The one on sale has dual temps. I know they have a website www.harborfreighttools.com. I live in Columbus, Ohio and they have 2 stores here.

Hello everyone. Hope everyone had a good Holiday. I poured some containers (16 oz)with C-3 Soy 1 oz Baby Powder FO per pound about a week and 1/2 ago and went to deliver to the person that ordered them and when I opened the containers there was FO all on the top. I checked them a couple of days ago and they were OK, what would cause this to happen? I also poured some (8 oz) with the same batch and they are fine. I wiped off the oil and zapped with a heat gun. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Have you tried heating your molds? I pour hot. I pour at about 180. Hope this helps

Hello KMommy
I have been wondering the same thing. I bought some of the same jars and could never get a clean jar. I even tried double wicking. Jar got to hot actually cracked the jar. I posted this same question on the old board and got a few replies. I think on The Candle Cauldron they have a wick chart that gives you some suggestions. Hope this helps

I use the same wax for containers. Never used for tarts. I use 1 oz per pound of wax. You may need to cut back. Have you tried the V-1 for votives or pillars thats what I use for tarts.
Hope this helps

Yes inside the container lid. Thanks for the replies

Hi everyone
this has probably been asked before. Can you put warning labels inside the container lid instead of on the bottom of container?

You shouldn't put directly on your skin. You need to mix with another oil. Try Grapeseed, Jojoba do a search for carrier oils. Hope this helps.

Also try Joann Fabrics. Last week they were 3 for $9.00. Had different colors.

Hello Lightning Bug
I asked that question when I first started to make candles. And someone on the board told me to use a wire wisk. I was having trouble with FO mixing well. I have been using with no problem.
