  1. ice over gravel is what i landed on, i discovered my cute knee high boots are not snow boots. Next year i'm wearing golf shoes.:wink2:

Ryan my trainer phoned me, the goodnews is pulled tendons and sprains can hurt as bad or more than a break, so theres a possible chance i didn't break it. he's a basketball player and he's speaking from how many times that happend to him on the courts.

    i hate typing one handed.

  2. well got to the show, at 9:30 decided to go get tea and was talking to this man i knew when all of a sudden i was on the ground. i thought i was ok, until my wrist started swelling and i had to cal doug to take me to the hospital and his mom to run my table till i got back. 3 hrs later i left hospital with a cast almost to my elbow, because i might have broke a bone in my wrist. i will get cast off in a week then they xray it again and if its broken i will be in a cast for 8 weeks. It could have been worse but it hurts and its frustrating.

positive side of it is MIL sold $85 worth of products course $29 is what she spent, but she did pretty good for her 1st time selling for me.

  3. So the booth fee was $75 for a 2 day show and the first day i sold $149. It would have totaled more but i gave this man a $6 container of whipped shaving soap. This is only my 3rd big show, I would have loved a higher total but i didn't have as much stock as i could have because of the weather, i didn't get to my suppliers so i ended up with less of a selection.

One annoying thing that happened was i was chatting to one of the vendors, i had my arms folded under my chest, she reached out put her hand on my barely extended stomach and said "And when is the baby arriving?" When i politely told her that there was no baby arriving she leaned over for another look. :shocked2: She was absolutely stunned and i said "well i've lost 38 lbs and as always this stomach is the last place to disappear." She wasn't even embarrassed.

I told Doug what happened and he said "I'm a guy and i know not to ask a woman when she is due unless i know her personally and she is huge." That ladies is one of the reasons i married him, he's smart. :wink2:

When oh when are people going to learn that a barely extended stomach does NOT mean that the woman is pregnant.
