I've used them from BCN, they worked great. Now I use the ones from The Candlemakers Store and they also work great. I've never really had any issues with them coming loose from either of these suppliers. Like other people have said though, I've tried them from other suppliers that did cause issues.

Tennessee's Wild Blueberries works well for me, very nice, straight blueberry ~ not sweet at all.

If you add additional oils/butters, how would you list the ingredients? For instance, if I start with 16 oz of base and add 4 oz of one oil and 2 oz of another oil........where would I put these two additional ingredients? I know the bases come with the ingredients listed but we don't know how much of each is used and proper placement for the two additional oils would be difficult. I have all 3 of their lotion bases and they are all a little thick for my taste. I'd love to be able to add something to it, just not totally sure how to list my ingredients. Also, this makes me wonder, if used as is.......are they overly preserved?

I've also been having this same issue. I've ordered from them a lot in the past but for the last month, I've been having an issue getting the shipping to set as well. If I keep trying (over and over and over) it will finally go through. But when I fill my shopping cart and get past the billing page, my shopping cart is empty Last week, Kasey from BCN called and emailed me because my order was blank. I didn't have time to mess with it at the time and tried to reorder this week - same daggone thing happened. Now she's calling me again wanting to know what I want to order because nothing came through and my order is blank! Glad to know it's not only me!!

Hi, it's my first post but I'm an avid reader A few months ago, I bought several samples from a local company that seems to have a decent reputation. I liked a lot of the samples and went back to purchase larger sizes. First, the Amaretto sample was amazing!! Great throw, wonderful scent! The 16 oz bottle smells like playdoh I tried it in my soy wax and in paraffin and smells like playdoh in both. I let it go, thinking maybe I just got a bad batch or something. A few weeks later, I poured Mac Apple from my new larger bottle. It's much, much, much weaker than the sample was. The sample had a great throw, covered my whole first floor. The larger bottle doesn't fill one room! Everything is the same - my wax, my wicks, the jar, etc. I used the same percent of FO. It's just different in these two from what I had with the samples. I've never had this happen with other companies that I've ordered from. Do you think it's possible that this supplier gives out higher concentration samples and then cuts the larger bottles? I hate to think something like that, I'm just concerned now that 2 of the FO's have been different than the samples. Any experience with this?? Thanks for all your help!!
