It has never taken me hours to whip a FO into it:confused: I whip till it's nice and fluffy (usually 5 minutes or so).

Hi! Just wanted to say hello. I use WSP too. I can drive there also:grin2: Good luck... I would stay away from craft store FOs. And buy yourself I nice digital scale to weigh your wax and FO.

I've been using it for about 6 months and never had a problem.

LOOKS GREAT!

If you smoked in the house then it is on your walls, carpet, furniture, curtains, bedding, etc, etc. Burning something to clean the air probably will have limited effect even if it is an excellent candle.
Your best bet is to wash/clean everything in your house, including the walls and air ducts.
Yes, CH is right. I moved into a home that the previous owner smoked. We cleaned carpets, walls and air ducts. The smell is gone!

What a crock! Next time you get that guy and he tries to pull something like that again, just ask for him to show you it in print. If he can't produce it, then I'd approach the PostMaster and fill them in on what's going on. I know the post office are a sticky bunch (I made the mistake of trying to send something to Canada in a RECYCLED Priority box - they just about had a COW!) so maybe he'll get into a bit of trouble and won't try and pull that BS on you (or anyone else) again.
Good luck!

Not in Ohio, but I will order as much as possible to avoid paying say $8 for 10 1 oz samples (just an example, because I don't buy samples) because the shipping gets better for more items.
Right on!!!

Michelle, Are you from Ohio also?
If so what supplier do you use for wax and oils?
Leisa
Yep, I'm a Buckeye!!!!
For my wax and some supplies I use www.ohiocandlesandsupplies and www.wholesalesuppliesplus.com
Most of my oils are from various places.HTH
Where in Ohio are you from??
-
Well, I get my wax & some candle supplies locally. I drive and pick it up. I also get some of my B&B supplies and packaging locally also. When I have to order supplies I try to order in large(bulk) quantities.

I don't think so...make your own.

CONGRATS!!!!! I'm for wholesale too! I did ONE local show this year. I don't want to do them anymore!! I am working with a sales rep that is fantastic. Nothing beats sitting at home while someone else sells your product! All you have to do is make it and that is the fun part!!!! Again congrats!

Michelle, that's what I'm trying next - can you give me an idea of how you use it? I don't have a recipe I'm in love with and am hoping this will be my magic bullet!
For example: do you use it in a complex combo or as the full butter in your lotion bars?
I add it to other ingredients. Off the top of my head my lotion bar has beeswax, avacodo oil, macadamia nut oil, golden shea, FO.

What do you guys make with it?
I make my lotions bars with it:grin2:
