my warmer gets hot enough to melt the wax on the sides of my gel candles. Maybe it is the brand of warmer that you have that doesn't get it hot enough

So I found this wax that I forgot I had....read up on it as I was testing....boy did I make a mistake. I've read thread after thread of difficulties and suggested solutions. I've poured anywhere between 120-170, cooled in styrofoam, added PS, added 10-30 115 soy, nothing helps! The tarts come out cool but the votives crack no matter what. The votives are also loaded with air pockets. Unless anyone has found success I'm thinking of hanging up votives with it and using it up in tarts.

i dont add additives to the soy you are using... i cool it on a bakers rack in the kitchen... if the stick then freeze them for a minute to 3. no cracks here. i pour at 150.

the biggger jars are EcoSoya (pure wax) great stuff and the votive is a 50/50 blend, the scents are ocean, blue skies, desert honeysuckle, fressia, vanillla peach, blueberry shortcake, the votive is hot apple pie

I really like to use EcoSoya (pure soy) I like the quality and the look. It has really good jar adhesion and less frosting.

the walmarts around where I live quit carring them. but I didn't think about the grocery stores

Where do you guys get your jars for making your candles and what kind do you use? The place that I used to get them from stopped carring them and I am clue less now where to get them other than the Internet.

I use eco soy and I have no wet spots or frosting I really like this wax, but when i use CB I have a hard time with the wet spots and the wax doesn't adhere to the jar.
