There are many many threads on this board with GREAT information about favorite suppliers & favorite/best selling FO's. Just search through the threads. Have Fun!
-
I glaze over thinking about fo's & find myself on supplier sites just clicking through the descriptions like a junkie.
Susan.
But, do you then fill up a whole online shopping cart & then quickly log off thier site, for fear that you might hit that paypal button & actually send a payment/order for tons more FO's that you truly shouldn't be buying? But you just spent the past hour clicking through all those descriptions & filling up your virtual shopping cart? Did I just admit that outloud?

I prefer to deal with ICS who have been FLAWLESS to deal with so far.
I absolutely LOVE ICS too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanx and yeah I've been using the 4oz size with 3oz cyclo, .5oz fco and .5oz fo. For some fragrances, it's adequate. But for others...not so much. I want to up the FO, but wouldn't want to be harmful to a person's skin. :undecided
I actually use the fco too! & I DO up the FO load for ME, but not for other people. For me, nothing is ever strong enough! But I don't want to do the whole perfumer's alcohol thing.....yet! As for different varieties of CYCLO, I did a search on cylo here, & there are a bunch of different suggestions from people. I've bought mine at Aroma Haven, when I'm ordering FO's & The Scent Works....and have been happy with both. I think I remember people liking the cyclo from Bitter Creek & the-sage.

You do need to use quite a bit FO with cyclo. For example, if you are making a 4 ounce sized body spray, you would use 3.5 oz cyclo & .5 oz FO
2 ounce body spray, you would use 1.75 oz cyclo & .25 oz FO
Does that help any?

Her Buttercream Frosting is THE VERY BEST OUT THERE!!!!
-
Geesh, bayousome has a great selection too and the prices are really good, but it sucks to have to buy 50 at a time.(I am pretty small time, can you tell) I need to split some up with someone
You can buy as little as one item from any of these suppliers:
-
Yes, I looked. But they are too new so......I may just have to break down and buy from WSP. (The Sun & Sand) It's just too good to pass up!
I agree, they are too new. We may have to wait a season to get them! I just love that Peach & I HATE peach scents!!!! And the Island Spa IS SO GOOD too!!! I have to stop going to the mall.
-
Has anyone tried either of these two Vanilla's from Natures Garden?
French Vanilla? or Vanilla Silk? Reviews? Thanks!!!
-
& their new Peach is SO GOOD!
-
All of these have a couple of great bases (and are not VERY expensive like a few other great bases out there from other suppliers, that I just can't afford!):
www.soapandthings.com (jody's)
www.candlesupply.com (bitter creek)
(other people have suggested KY & Millcreek as well, but I haven't used them or sampled them from other etailers. But they get good reviews too)
-
I have never smelled either of those but I have found some other scents from different companies with different names to sell alike.
I think I saw a thread on that very subject here at candletech. Do a search. It was a great subject!

doesn't Just Scent have a Bannana Taffy?
-
Strawberry Jam from WSP!!!!

Thanks everyone!!!!! I actually have alot of those. I have Aroma Haven & Millcreeks & ICS's Birthday Cake. I use the ICS one the most. Now I will check out the others you all mentioned. Thanks so much!

Yes, the Mist is the same as WSP's
-
Has anyone seen a Wedding Cake FO that has NO almond notes & no fruit? I tried the search sites, but can't seem to find it. Actually, BCS has it, but it isn't skin safe. Thanks for any help!
-
I'm looking too! I want an apple pie FO that is heavy on the apples & pie
and light on the cinn/nutmeg/clove.
-
did someone once mention that WSP has this same lotion? I thought I remembered hearing that...and that it was good.
-
I I was gonna order a 1 gallon jug of body mist and just sell the 2 oz sprays for now
Steph
I use WSP's body mist. Just to let you know, that you will have to scent it on the high end rather than the suggested .5% FO. I've been scenting at 2% instead, because the scent just wasn't holding as well / not strong enough at the suggested .5%FO. ( I've even gone higher on the ones I make for myself) Other than that, it's a great, light, non-alcohol, non-greasy spray that people seem to enjoy.

This company was my great find this past year!!!! You will love their oils & the 1 ounce sample sizes are such a great price if you just want to test them out.
Shipping was reasonable & quick. Not a dud oil in the bunch I ordered.
Their Starfruit & Mango smells exactly like NG's.
Their Frosted Cupcake smells exactly like Old Mill's.
I've made sprays with their Fantasy for people & they love it.
Try them for sure!

Umm I am not sure what the difference is in Hot Apple Pie and Baked Apple Pie but the Baked Apple Pie I get from Candlesource is so good. And the prices are reasonable. Worth getting a few samples to see if you like anything they have.

I agree, The Candle Source(www.thecandlesource.com) is SO worth trying out samples of! This company was my pleasant surprise to find this past year. I also love Indiana Candle (www.candlesupplys.us)
Snowtop at ICS?

WHOA!!!!! that is QUITE a surprise! wow, nobody knew, huh? not even any hush hush about this. Hmm...I hope ICS stays the same though regarding their own oils & their own great PRICES!!!! Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I've actually never tried any Snowtop oils. I'll have to do a search & see what kind of trouble I can get myself into, trying more oils!
