  1. You know, personally, I really like the sound of Little Bee Garden. It encompasses the 'organic' nature of your products with out blatantly advertising it and leaving yourself open for scrutiny.

But mostly, before any of that thought hit me, I liked Little Bee Garden because you can shorten it to L.B.G. which I think rolls off the tongue nicely, and would always fit on a label. Little Bee Garden is also generic enough that you can use it for ANY of your products. Your tag line can then be more specific, ie 'Soap, Candles & More Made From The Best of Nature.' - or something to that effect.

And there is always 'Little Bee's Green Garden': tag line, "From Nature With Love.' (unless that's used already, lol, sounds so familiar for some reason!)

How bout... 'Bee-ing Green As A Little Bee Can Be'

p.s. Just re read your post and seen that you already have a tag line chosen. Just be sure you can stand behind the 'all Natural' label. 'Made with Natural products' is very different from 'All Natural'. Can you really make an 'All Natural' Candle? And do you want to lock yourself into that very specific niche'. Something to think about anyways.

  2. When you describe that it may be on the lighter side, I thought of some thing like 'Christmas Breeze' or 'Holiday Breeze'.

But then when I think of the mix it's self... I think 'Christmas Cornucopia'.

  3. Reading through this, I was also going to add to get their low brow tactics on tape... I was thinking more along the lines of a cell phone recording. (This would be the non-confrontational way)Then take that to the committee in charge.

Otherwise tape them the first time and if they keep coming back you can say something to the effect, 'Oh, Hi. I recognize you. Funny thing, I have you recorded on my cell phone complaining about the same thing you are complaining about right now. I'm so flattered my booth holds so much interest to you. What would you like to buy today?'

Or, 'Oh, hey, I recognize you. I love when you come by my booth it helps make me look like I have lots of customers and people just come flocking to see what all the excitement is about!'

And as already mentioned, there's always, 'Your booth must be really slow, huh?' - I really like that one, lol.

  6. I still like the initials. One of the pros of using initials is that it makes labeling much easier in regards to space. Which in turn opens up more possibilities for very unique and or flamboyant styles of text and design.

And no offense against those who choose to do it, but IMHO using a very personal type name brings the level of professionalism down. To me, at least, it's kind of like any Jo Schmoe can craft something and put their name on it and call it 'Their own business'. Where as the precision and versatility of the initials comes across to the customer in a classier way that they can embrace it with out having to experience a touchy-feely-lovey-too involved feeling. Personal names on businesses always make me think 'Ma & Pa'. And if that's what you are going for, then all the better to use one. But if you want people to not assume anything about your business then I think it's better to be less personal. Does that make any sense? Lol, I'm not sure I'm expressing it exactly. But either way it's just my opinion and as I said, there are many different styles and likes and it all depends on your business plan and what kind of tone you want to set.

:2cents:I think the bigger concern is the space issue on a small label! But even more important than that, is that YOU are proud of your company and all it's aspects. :cheesy2:

  7. Can I rain on the parade a bit and just add in that the Dollar Store's brand name is Greenbrier? Every time you pick something up at the Dollar Store look at the label under it and you will see that name. Not that you can't use it because they do, but to me it associates dollar store product with you. Maybe there is not a Dollar Store in your area and it will be fine. And if you just love love love it, go for it anyways.

Just wanted to give you something to think about ahead of time jic it could come up later. :tiptoe:
