What size receipe do you use for the loaf mold we just got from the co-op? I usually do 3 lb. receipes but I think that would make the bars too wide/thick. maybe 2 lb.s? Soy crazy told me you were making some in them. I was thinking half full would be a big enough bar but not surre.
