Do you have a .com? Etsy will never be the same as having your own .com. Is your name trademarked? If it is you may be able to do a C&D letter but I'm not sure. I guess you could complain to Etsy as well but again they could just say that it is not the same because of the spelling.

YES renuzit crystal elements. So it just sea salts? they are so big, they are pretty though, any one where to get them that big?

no, i looked on the glade website too and i don't see them, maybe they are not glade, i will have to remember to look next time i am at the store. lol

they came in a resealable bag and there is a picture of the rocks in some kind of glass jar, i think i am thinking of the "refill" bag but can't remember if it is glade or not.

yup, the fo will eventually eat away at the rubber. If you are going to use droppers, ship them along with the bottles not actually already in the bottles. Which means you will have to get the regular tops for the amber bottles as well. i am just not offering the droppers with mine. HTH.

Does anyone know what those rocks are made of? I am guessing salt but they look like crystals, i had a lady in the office with some that lasted a long time.

I know some people use the salt pellets from the water softeners but i don't think they look as good as the crystals.

the portion cups have to be #5 i believe so that the fo will not eat thru them.

But do you guys who use them find that the lids come off during shipment?

could you just end the instructions with "do not add water".

When you market it you could make that like a plus, no need to add water....

so let me get this straight, all you have to do is buy the base add a little fo and bottle it and that makes the room sprays? I have been meaning to add more "wickless" scenting options to my line and thought about sprays but have never gotten around to it.

i personally love a really strong scent but that is just me! lol

i love cutting into them while they are still pliable. it is so much fun.

you can also use cookie cutters or something similar to cut them into shapes as well. that is always fun.

I agree with Carrie you can not police what your customers are doing with your products. If he doesn't like it or she does not do well with them then he now knows.

If he already paid give him what he ordered if he had not already paid then i say just let it go too.

i like #2 too. the others are pretty but it seems like a waste of space. yeah if you could find a way to make your name and logo bigger that would be great.
