If we're talking JS, Jordan, I agree - exatly like Illuminations which I love!!!!

I have both and I think the JS is stronger and has more depth to it. Both are lovely. I've used both in J50 and have poured in a 70% soy blend but have not done a test burn on that one yet.

You're a dear, Bunny . I'm sure someone will come along and if not, I'll post in the classifieds.

Oh, dear. Like I said, I've been auditioning LPC but have not tried Peaks. Anyone have an oz they're willing to sell me so I can try for myself?
Jen

I've been auditioning LPC and I have to say that BCS is the winner in my book! Have not tried Peak's yet but I have tried KY, NG, etc.

Definitely goes chocolately brown. I do a copper mica swirl that looks nice against the brown.

Wow - this is one of the few I love from JS and I can't imagine it being stronger. I started with the one from Snowtop and switched to JS because of strength. It blows the doors off in any wax I've tried it in including J50, GL 70/30, EZ Soy, etc.

Sorry...just read in your post that you're unable to go...that's a shame. But still wanted to say how much I love Charlevoix! So charming

I love Charlevoix!!!! We go through on our way to Traverse City. Good luck with your show!

I like to think of myself as rustic elegance .

I placed my order with OT yesterday. I'm so weak when it comes to pumpkin.
AJ - do you want an oz of my pumpkin when it comes in?

Will your Baby's Natural Bum Balm be scented with fos (which I don't recommend)? If so - no longer natural!

I have to second Johanna's Coconut...wonderful stuff!

Being the cinnamon vanilla ho that I am...and needing a lb of KY's Southern Vanilla...you can imagine my excitement when I saw that KY now has cinnamon vanilla but it sold so fast that they're oos at the moment. I'm wanting to know if it's fantastic enough to delay my order...

It's best to soap at low temps (think room temp) and don't insulate (or insulate as much) when using spicy fos or eos because yes - they do tend to overheat (crack on top). Also - don't discount your water much until you get the hang of the spices (or other fast-movers like florals)...I can comfortably do a 33% discount (and I know someone who can do a 50% discount but I'm not that brave yet) now but it took a while to get a feel for it and to know when I had to move FAST!
Make sense?

Not in the sense that I would offer it by the case, but I could probably sell pallet quantities even now. Would have to look into what amount is economical to make.
I'm a case kind of gal still...ah well! Maybe in the future .
It's awesome that you were able to make something for yourself. Very impressed here.

I like WSPs Gourmet Sugar Cookie....

Top - any chance you'll go into wax production someday and sell your blend?
.
I have some 4627 laying around if you'd like to try a couple of lbs or so to see if you like it.

"...stuff used for massage oil."
That would be the FCO.

I used it J50 and it was wonderful!

And for the swirled....I rolled out two colors and then rolled them together to create a swirly look.

I plop mine on a piece of waxed paper and roll into a log which I then slice once I feel it's ready.

I believe I have 2 gallons ( (2) 1 gallon containers) from CF if anyone would like it. I've decided not to use it in my formulations...

Or you can make a scrub and include slsa for some foaming/bubbling action.

Yup - I used to use Aveda's Shampure line and they always have the candle burning when I go in for a cut and JS is very true to my nose.
