    Where did you start out selling your candles?

    Im doing the same thing as Hillary is doing and have a booth I pay rent for each month and pay 5% on top of that.I am just keeping it stocked and watching what people buy and trying diffrent things to see what works.....I wish, sometimes , I could watch from the sidelines and just see and hear what people say when they come by and sniff and or buy , ya know , a little verbal feedback !!!

    Any ideas on what a good wick for this size of mug using 70/30 ? The mug is about 2 1/2" at the bottom and angles up and inward a little to a little under 2". Its an upside down candy corn. .....And it holds 3oz .....

    Thanks alot !..Dont know much about these mugs and tins ! Appreciate any input !

    Hi Henry..

    Ive been testing the 4 and 8 oz tins and the 70/30. ..So far the best 2 Ive seen for the 4oz , for me, is 104 and 51-32-18 ....They both were fantastic.

    Im having a hard time with the 8oz tho ( with 70/30 ) ....Ive kinda sat them back for a while and want to keep on with the 4oz til perfect....When you said this : Regarding your second paragraph - even with the little bit of testing I did before with 70/30 in a 4 oz. tin - that was DEFINATELY the case "

    What did you end up wicking with on the 4oz and 70/30 ?

    Yeah, that search will give you LOTS of quick answers and good reading, Justrightcandles !!! The majority of your questions have already been asked and answered all thru here !!! ( myself included on the asking !).....Just do the drop down on the search and type in what youre wanting to know ..like " labels for clamshells" and you get 5 topics ! Then you get all the reading of other ideas as well ! ...When I search, I always make sure Im on the main page , thinking that that way Ill get a hit in each catagory ......

    Im tellin ya , doin it that way , to me, is alot more helpful than just as soon as I think of a question , I post it !!!...Itll give you some reading on stuff you didnt realize you needed/ wanted to read/know about !!!!

    Its really nice to hear , dovestudios, that you dont mind doing changes and stuff for clients !! ...Some designers get really bitchy and uptight when you dont like what they first put on the plate and suggest for yourself something else.......

    You sound like you really care about what they want and not when youre gonna get done with them !!! Very cool !! ...

    Do you have any work to see
