Orange Dreamsicle is my best seller. Soy tarts.
-
Placed my order. The only new one I tried is banana split. I also threw in cinnamon crunch and black raspberry vanilla and replaced my monkey farts (can't keep it in stock). I jumped right to the 8 ouncers!

How about themed baskets, based on scent?
Hot chocolate scented melts, tealights and a candle with a burner. Add a Christmas mug filled with a few packets of hot chocolate.
Egg nog: same, but add a nice cup and an egg nog recipe.
Christmas tree scented melts, etc, with ornaments instead of the mug.
Sugar cookies, with a plate and a few cookies, or a recipe.
There are endless possibilities!

Ah yes, but I will say it to your face first, I do not get message board balls : )
Message board balls. That's funny, I like it!!

How about a box, like a photo box or some other decorative box? Maybe a bucket, something cute for fall? Sorry, but I get stuck with the basket thing, too...lol.

Caramel apple octagon votives. Soy wax is all gone until Thursday, so I'm watching myself fall more and more behind...

I got some great samples from my secret buddy. I have poured, and LOVED, guavaberry and frosted snowdrops. OOB, vanilla plum is amazing. They were all nice, actually, but that one sticks out.

I have 50 on my list, including 16 seasonal. Adding and taking away all the time, some I get in and state limited time only. Pretty new to it, only really selling melts and a few tealights. Still testing votives and jars. I love fragrance oils, though.

I love NGs oils. I have Hawaiian Ginger, Caramel Apple, Heaven and Strawberry Kiwi and plan on adding many more. I don't even buy samples anymore, straight to the full pounds. Good luck with the ones you chose!

You're welcome! SJ is great, you'll be pleased with the customer service, though I recommend calling in your order, not emailing.
-
I get oils shipped airmail to Canada all the time, and from some reputable suppliers. The contents are always listed and declared and they get here fast and in great shape. I think it's the low flash point oils, as someone else stated, that causes the problems.

It looks really burnt. Did you overheat it maybe?
-
Did you get their Pink Sugar dupe? It smells amazing in wax, can't wait to burn it! I also like the Fantasy by Britney Spears. I have never smelled these original scents so I don't know how close the dupes are, but regardless, I love these two!!

I would think it would be safer in a tin, can't metal withstand more heat than glass?? Wouldn't a fire be better contained in a tin, should the candle ignite? At least it wouldn't crack... am I wrong about this?

Have you tried Canwax? There's a sale on this month on the Eco waxes. www.canwax.com they're in Ontario.

Got a bunch of orders to fill. Dozens of melts and tealights!
-
Made a few soy tarts with my sample. Haven't burned one yet, but the cold throw is amazing!

I'm dying to try room and linen spray.
-
Really??? A HE? Wow, I had no idea. Obviously, I have communicated only by email and website... lol. Thanks for the heads up! I feel a little stupid right now...
-
I should have mentioned I am making soy wax melts and candles. May venture into room sprays.
The ones you guys metioned are the ones I REALLY want to try, so thank you!

Nothing. My wax order was screwed up and won't be here until Monday (should have gotten it last Tuesday).:undecided

OK, I am addicted to this website and already have a few of the oils and love them. Not sure if it's the site itself or the scent names that get me. Has anyone tried these:
Butterfly Hugs
Cinderella
Beach Baby
Memories
Kama Sutra - Passionate Kisses?

I love Loren, HE is a great supplier. Very friendly, fast reply to emails, exact shipping to Canada and great oils at very good prices. I LOVE HIS vanilla and fresh berries, monkey farts, strawberries and champagne, vanilla walnut, bedtime bath and black raspberry and vanilla. I have ordered fantasy - britney spears, pineapple and pink sugar. I am later adding butt naked, spiced apples and peaches, cotton candy, juniper breeze, melonberry, pears and petals and sex on the beach.
I am hoping to narrow my fragrance selection to only 2, maybe 3, suppliers and the candle source will be one of them.
Edited for confusion over unisex name.... lol.

My candles tunnel a little the first couple of burns then catch up. I feel safer this way, rather than wicking up. Of course, I don't sell them so my advice may not be useful to you.
Can someone recommend some good fruit fragrances?

I love NG, and their strawberry kiwi goes fast for me.
I sell a lot of mango papaya and monkey farts as well.
Have you tried the Candle Source? They have some nice fruit scents at great prices. Very good shipping, too.
