  1. Well, dang! I went there and it sounds so good. Signed up on their group, too. I really need to order something from WSP since I have to order some pumps. I've ordered stuff from 5 different suppliers in the past week!

Looks like they have some really nice scents there. Thanks, Dani! Off to spend more $$.

They sure do!! they're so good, the oils are the best and top notch...kimmie don't fool around....lol

have fun spendin more $$$$$ LOL

    i'm in same boat....:D

  2. Do your suppliers let you have supplies on consignment, only asking for payment when your products sell? Do you tell your suppliers you don't want to pay for fo until you know if it will sell?

People have already let you know what they think. No matter how many times you ask, the answers will most likely be the same.

wow that really sunk in...you really thought this one out...lol

true, amen to that...i sure wish suppliers would do that for us all!!! lol

  3. Run Run And Ruuuuuuuuuuuun!! Don't Look Back Either...lol

I've Heard To Many Horror Stories On Consignment Shops....

Ppl Not Getting Paid, No Coverage On Your Products If The Building Was To Get On Fire, Or Flood Or Whatnot....stolen Products Not Covered...you Name It...it's A Major Headache And So Not Worth It.

It's Better For The Store To Just Wholesale It From You...rather Than Consign It.

  4. I sell whipped shea butter in 4 oz. containers and no larger, because as was previously posted, a little goes a long way and you don't want the product going rancid before the customer has a chance to use it all up. I do add vitamin E oil to help stave off rancidity, but eventually over a year or two's time, they start to go "off" if not used up. I assume you are talking about shea butter with some added oil, not a true lotion (which has water)?

ETA: I sell mine for $6 and it's all butters & oils, no water, and fragranced with eo's. That's for a 4 oz. container; however, because I whip the product before packaging, it's light and fluffy and only 2 oz. of whipped butter will fit into my 4 oz. container.

Now my shea butter lotions are a different story. They are an emulsified (oils mixed with water) product and a different animal altogether. lol!

Thank you so much for your info...yes it's shea butter that i'll be whipping and adding sweet almond oils and f/o to it.

  6. Hi there,

I'm having trouble with label making here....I brought publisher printing pro 20 off ebay...Great program but talk about foriegn....lots to learn off it...lol

But it won't let me do like 2inches circles or Oval..it don't have that in there.

meaning I have to calibrate it...and when i do...it don't show the circles or oval where i can see it and put my informations and graphics in there.

    GRRRR

So...what would be the best program out there to get the job done??

    Thanks

    Dani

  7. I find those heat embossers you get at Michaels or JoAnns in the stamps department work really well! With the 40% off coupon you can get them really really cheap

that is what i was using!! still gives me grief!! which is why i think i need a thicker gauge shrink wraps...and i haven't seen anything higher then 80 gauge in bags....only on cello rolls...which i'll have to try and use...
