OK. Since it's been awhile since I made any soap, I had to try something craptasticly difficult. I decided on some bubble gum soap using Fruit Slices FO. I 1st made colored tubes with 1/2" PVC pipes. (We had a lot of fun getting that soap out... NOT) Used the excess colors to hand roll some balls while still semi-soft. Then later made the white base batter, poured in some batter, laid in some soap tubes, poured some more batter, more tubes, more batter, then finally poked the balls on top. They turned out pretty cool, but will probably never go to all this trouble again.

I have had good luck with The Candle Source Pink Sugar staying pink with Bittercreek VS. I tried another source once and it turned orange also. Mine always come out a pretty pink every time. hth

Honestly I don't know, it was luck. I notice the middle row isn't too even.
Ps... maybe you meant the top? I had lines on my mold where the cuts were going to be. HTH
