    I meant to update my post from November...... they ended up sending the package UPS even after giving them the okay to send USPS, I don't understand. Mine wasn't a flashpoint issue so not sure what was going on. AND last week I received the shipping notification from that order in November?!?!?!?!? What the heck is going on?? Just crazy.

    I just received the same email last night, I opted to pay the UPS price but indicated their quote was five dollars more than what their website charges for UPS. I also complained while I was emailing them LOL So for a pound and a half of fragrance I will be paying $21.47. That’s the same price that I can buy 20 pounds of wax from the East Coast and I am in the Midwest, I am closer to Bittercreek than I am Rustic, looks like they better be negotiating better pricing. And they are getting slower and slower with their shipping even when it’s not busy season. Slower than molasses in January
