  1. Yes, for my skin type and the way I like my lotion to feel, I personally like the Decadently Rich Cream better however, my mother, my aunts, my friends, all like the indulgence cream. It's a matter of personal preference for us. I will offer all 3 because I think all 3 are great. If you're going between the Indulgence and Decandently Rich, you can't make a wrong choice. They're both great. You can also email Lindsay. She's extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to help you choose the right cream for you. Very nice to work with.

  2. I purchased bulk Indulgence cream and Lindsay included a 2 oz. sample of the Decadently Rich Body Cream and a 2 oz. sample of the Shea Butter Cream. The Indulgence cream is very luxurious, non greasey. Makes my skin feel wonderful. The Shea cream sample I used on my face. At first, when applying, I thought it was going to be too greasy but once I had it rubbed in, it was great and not greasy at all. I have a hard time with face creams. I don't have acne nor am I prone to it, but most creamns will clog my pores and cause me to break out. Hers didn't. The Decadently Rich Body cream is by far the best skin lotion that I've tried. My skin actually feels like it's getting a drink of water. It's a very luxurious cream that goes on smooth. Once absorbed my skin feels so smooth and silky. I should also mention that I have olive skin tone and live in florida so I'm pretty dark and in the sun alot, so my skin dries out. I have found that all three of her creams are fantastic. I'm in the process of re-doing alot of things but once I'm settled, I will be purchasing and selling all 3 of her bases in my line. HTH

  3. I have the macadamia/jojoba and the shea/jojoba. I haven't tried them yet though. On the surface, they appear to be to die for. I've been waiting on the flavor oils and the lipbalm tubes from the pre-buy. When those come in, I'm going to be a lipbalm making fool! :D

    Donna

I received my tubes and flavors this morning:yay: . Lindsay included the Macadamia/Jojoba flavored with Creme Brulee.....OMG...I just want to eat it! Her lipbalm is very silky. Wonderful

  4. WOW...around 9 this morning, I hear a truck pull up to my driveway....out pops the FEDEX driver, runs up my driveway, yells "Good Morning. Fedex". PLACES the box at the door and off he went. This is the first time I've ever received a FedEx package here at the house. Now, that was great service and no training needed!

BTW, Lindsay (Soapers Workshop), it was from you! Thanks!

  5. Well, they came today. USPS in the morning, UPS later in the afternoon. They both beeped and I didn't budge. They finally brought the packages to the door. YAY....training them is under way! I laugh at myself now. I must have looked like a cartoon running down that driveway. I didn't want to hold them up from their busy schedule.

  6. It only dawned on me this morning that I've been doing this because as usual, the horn was beeping and I was in the middle of something. Tomorrow, I have packages coming UPS. I'm curious to see how long he sits at the end of the driveway and how many times he beeps. Driver training....that's what I'm going to do. Funny how they trained me though...lol

  7. For the last couple of months, I've been getting alot of packages. Today, it dawned on me that over the last couple of months, either the UPS driver or the USPS driver, rolls up to my house and lays on the horn. I, like an idiot who already pays outrageous shipping charges, drops everything and runs down the driveway to get the package. Keep in mind that I don't live in the country so I don't have a long driveway. It's just your ordinary average length driveway. I also realized today that over the last few months, I can hear the drivers beeping all over the neighborhood, my que to get ready for the run down the driveway. Well, today, a package arrived. The driver sat at the end of my driveway beeping the horn. I refused to go out. He finally brought the packages up to the house. Does anyone else go through this with UPS or USPS?

  8. Sure thing, it's Crystal Lake Spa in Miami.

I received the same phone call on Monday from Crystal Lake Spa in Miami. "Cynthia" said she got my information from someone at a recent show in Anaheim, CA. At first, I wasn't too suspicious since I live in FL and only about 3 hrs north of Miami. She told me that they were pulling all their products to make room for all new products that she was going to present at a board meeting in 3 weeks. She asked me to send her a sample of all of my products and scents. I told her that I offer over 45 different fragrances. I told her that I can either send her brochures and wholesale information at no cost or she is more than welcome to visit my website to pick out the fragrances she's interested in and purchase a sampler pack. She gave me her address which I mapped and it's not a spa, it's someone's home address. I also searched to see if they were a registered business....nothing.

  9. I'd like to try this. I just ordered some beads from BCN. I searched the gallery but couldn't find any pictures of these types of car fresheners in organza bags. Also, what is the advantage of doing them this way vs. scenting the cardboard cut outs? Is it strictly appearance...just another look for car fresheners? I ask because I'd like to try the cut-outs also. Thanks

  10. Those are nice...where do you all get your balloons from? I went to wally world and they just had the 9in and 12in size. Is it a certain size to use?

Donita sells a Balloon Orb tutorial on her website. After I tried to make them from what I read here, on my own without success, I found out that she offered them. I ended up purchasing her tutorial. Can't wait to get it.

  11. Cutie Pitutie, Spa & Beautie.....I think it sounds very cute.

As far as Nana's mention of the spelling on checks...I had that problem too. I just ordered my company name on a stamp from vistaprint.com (it was free). Now all I do is pull the stamp out when a customer is writing a check and ask them if they'd like me to stamp it for them.

  12. Hi Jen. I've been to those types of markets in the city and most people used tarps. We never really paid attention to the covering...just the products. I've even seen paint tarps and clear plastic usedl. Everyone just makes due. It won't take away from the look you're going for. Only in NY...lol

  13. I'll bet it's because they already have someone selling those items. I participate in one every week here in FL and unless it's produce, they don't allow repeat vendors. My main business is candles with a few B&B items on the side. If I were you I would definitely do it. Take plenty of brochures and talk to as many people as possible. I view my participation as an inexpensive form of advertising. It has also allowed me the opportunity to polish the look of my display, come up with new ideas and allowed me to practice presentation skills prior to the bigger shows. HTH
