Can someone tell me what Du's Stearic Acid looks like is it like powder or it looks like Oatmeal cause mine looks like Oatmeal and couldn't get it to melt is there something wrong with it. (The jar said Stearic Acid Triple Pressed)

How Long can A primade Lye lasts :confused:

Anybody; Last week i was going to make Grumpys (Angry Clown Salt Bars) So i mix my Lye measure my coconut oil. Then i discover I was out of couple color oxides and some of the Shea Butter So i left it until i got everything I put the lye in a safe place, And now i am ready my question is can i use the Lye from last week Or do i have to make a new one

I live In Canada Toronto Ont. And we have to list all the ingredients by Law since 2006. And Care Bear, I Guess i dint explain my self very good my dilemma is this when i will start making soap again after the holidays. And i use all the good staff. Meaning I use Babassu, mango, Macadamia oil,and so on .....Are those soaps OK for the face
