  2. Ok i am in the middle of making a batch of candles and i am using cb pure soy. 16 oz and 8oz. sizes, my questions are 1. Can i use Essential oils in the wax? if so how much?? I normally use 6 oz per 4lb batch of FO. 2. Can i mix Fo and EO in the same batch?? Thanks so much for the help
  3. This may sound silly but after reading alot of posts i have not heard a reference to my type of wax. is CB Advanced the same as CB Puresoy?? It is 100% soy from candles and supplies.com
  4. Currently we have a wonderful mentor but are looking for some extra advice. We have made our first batch of candles and boy did we have fun we could do this everyday, and hopefully our business takes off so we can. Being new we are still unsure as to how to fix our problems we are having. ( we didn't test as we were to excited to start) We will be testing everything from now on. some of our problems are 1. one of our 16 oz candles looks like it has alot of air holes in it. None of the other candles from this same batch and size did this only one?? Why?? 2. Most of our candles have sink holes in them how do we fix this?? Do we reserve some was from the batch and repore?? when do we repore?? at what temp?? Im sure i will come up with more questions so if you are interesed in helping look for my posts. We are using CB PrureSoy Ecosoya

  6. Thanks everyone for the help. Has anyone actually tried the GloryBee wax?? We are only interested in 100% soy wax.
  7. We are making soy candles and need a recommendation for a reputable reliable distrubutor of 100% soy products located on the west coast / Pacific Northwest. Recently we made our first purchase of $350.00 we ended up paying an additional $130.00 in shipping, that is way to much for us. Right now I am looking a GloryBee Foods. Has anyone used their product before with great success??
