  2. Hi everyone i have a question about selling candles at flea markets and craft shows. How and where do i get a license to sell candles? I also read i would have to have a sales tax license present while i am selling at shows. If you guys out there could give me any insight into how i get these proper papers that would be so helpful. Thankyou.
  3. Sounds great ill just embrace them the natural beauty of soy wax. I'm doing my first craft show in a few weeks so i just wanted everything to be perfect for the customers. But as long as i have the proper answers if i get questions about them i should be alright. Thank you so much everyone
  4. Ok so there is no way to get rid of this i wasnt sure if i was doing something wrong .
  5. Hi everyone i have a question about getting the proper adhesion from the wax to the jars. I am using 100% soy wax no additives. I am pouring around 140 to 150 degrees the day after cooling the wax is separating from jars in spots. If anyone could give a bit of advise any would be greatly appreciated. I am also heating the jars before hand with a heat gun.
  6. Thats great info everyone it really helps i just wasnt sure if my pricing was to high or low and as far as suppliers i did find one like 3 hrs away from my home thanks for all the good advice.
  7. Hello everyone i was wondering how to find a wax supplier to get the best wholesale pricing. And how do you all price your candles. I think i might be under charging for my 8 oz candles.

  9. Hi i just started making candles out of soy 464. I've noticed that after burning these candles they were hardening weird on top. They almost look powdery with holes. If anyone could help me. Im not sure what im doing wrong. thankyou
  10. Hi I'm from the Great Mitten. I just started making soy candles in hopes of launching my own company. I am married with no kids. I am 35. I have lots of questions i hope this forum can help with all i have and someday hopefully i can return some knowledge. Nice to meet you all.
