All I can say is "OMG"!! Those are so pretty!! I know you had to wait a long time to get them cut, but they are so worth the wait!
Great Work!!

Our Dollar Tree has candlestick lamps. The teacup lamp shapes I believe are something you do yourself?
I saw some of these designs on a craft site some where. HTH

Very pretty!! Now, just let dh now when you have one sitting on the front porch for him to bring home to me.... J/K... it really looks neat.

If I'm not mistaken, I remember Grumpy Girl saying she took hers out of the mold in less than 3 hours. She mentioned that the soap was still hot.
Maryann, stated that she did like a 2lb batch and cut in 20 minutes of setting it on the counter.
I'm sure your mold has more than 2lbs ?, so I'm sure it may be a little longer, but I think I would check on it often. Since yours is in a 24bar mold, all you'd have to do is clean them up a little, but from what I've read, do it while the soap is still very warm. HTH

I've used this marketing ploy before (when I had my shop). Most people don't have a clue as to what wax will hold or not...it just sounds like they are getting more for their money! I use only 1oz fo per llb of wax, sometimes less if the fo is strong enough.
I don't mention anything anymore, I don't have to. My customers smell for themselves.

I really like that you can personalize the soaps. How special anyone would feel! Great job.

"Suck" is not a word I would use! I won't care that it didn't go all the way thru, it's what you have that makes it look delish!
-
I'd buy it. Looks like good colors for that fo.
-
Never tried that, and probably couldn't anyway!
Looks like you've got it perfected!! Hats off to you!

Very nice.

 You the girl! Absolutely love your work.

Wow! I love that look.

Are you sure the wax is too hot when you pour? What temp did you pour this at? If you can, maybe melt the pillar down again and try a lower temp than previously used?
Make sure you tap the sides of the mold after pouring to have air come to the top. Maybe even use the heat gun on the sides of mold after pouring?? Just keep trying till you find out what works for you.

I personally haven't had this problem, but I wipe out all molds, pouring pots really well with "good" paper towels after each use. With your molds, maybe you can place in oven on low heat for a small amount of time, upside down on top of paper towels, then wipe clean. I've seen where alot of people use baby wipes after each use too. HTH

Those look great! Love the look, but I'm sure they smell even better!!

Hey Cindy,
No "prolblem" here!! j/k I also rigged my pouring pot spouts! Makes pouring so much easier!!

I've never used the plastic 6 pack that you speak of. I used to make all my votives in the 3oz Dixie Cups. I would use my same container wax w/additives, and make my wick holes after they cure, slap the wick in, place in new Dixie cup, then put in bag and hang on peg board.

I'm not sure what you are using to pour with, so maybe a glass measuring cup? You could keep the rest of the wax warm in the double boiler or presto pot? HTH

Yours are BEAUTIFUL!! I just did the same thing with my last batch!! Looks good, just no scent .
-
I can't help you with color, but I love your browns!! I haven't tempted w/any milk products yet.

I'm sure you have your answer....but I just wanted to add my . It's #2! Love the look of the pic and the scrub!!

This is a question for Bunny!! She's experimented with several different items. You should be able to do a search in this forum for her post and find the results too. HTH
