I just got done reading about the plastic molds... geez... i bought a whole bunch of them awhile ago and just used them... (I agree -- what's a candle without scent?) Anyway, my other metal molds are getting rusty from sitting too long.. I am totally bummed. oh well. I'm now on a quest to purchase more metal molds. I thought that I read somewhere that there are different qualities of metal molds. I normally purchase from Candlewic (theirs seem to be the lowest prices that I've seen...). Does anyone have any suggestions or comments about their molds? Oh -- and west coast would be preferable since i'm in hawaii! Thanks! Jan

Hi all, First of all I'd like to say that I'm so glad that I found this group - I've been reading and you guys are just too funny. Anyway, here's my question -- I made some soy candles and I'm using ramekins as one of the containers. I noticed today that these have a white "ring" around the perimeter... It looks kinda like a thin layer of foam.. is this normal? TIA! jn

... so how much do you charge? If they don't want to take the time to learn on their own.. well... jn
