bubbles n lights has the best enchanted apple dupe. you asked, hahahaha.

the chocolate will absorb the aroma of the candle. if the candle is unscented, then its ok.
-
check the whole label, the info is there. its either 100% or not, you only want the 100%..
-
check the wattage. the lower wattage ones, 14-18 watts are just fine, thats the same wattage as the electric tart warmers. the higher wattage crock pots get too hot and burn your scent off too quick. imo.

i love your choice of colors and the swirls are great.

Okay, here's one.
I put the exact same recipe into the online soapcalc and into soapmaker but I get two entirely different lye and water amounts. How do I fix that and know it is correct?
how much of a difference is it?
calculators can vary from site to site. i bought woodis soap maker about 2 years ago. the only changes i make in the water and lye dept is a manual entry in the discount box, per recipe.
if you want to change the internal water / lye %s, to what you have been using, contact woodi for instructions.
i love the program

so...hummmm...this makes me think that my quest to single wick a 16oz tin in 50/50 with a CD22 that ALMOST but didn't quite make it, MIGHT just work in straight paraffin:)
i doubt it. i tested 5 or 6 straight paraffins and the wicking was about the same as a preblend, that was my testing results.

Hello all:
it seems that every candle I burn, I have a tunnel in the middle, is it because my wick is to big or too small??:undecided
try a bigger size wick and see how that does. keep trying different wick sizes until you get the burn you like.

the baby food jars are so cute. i paint the lids unless i have a baby type scent poured. paraffin wax & 44-24z or 44-32z works depending on the scent.

it will be fine, it has not effected my burn at all. add a few drops of mineral oil and shake it very well, then check. repeat if necessary

there's a great bargain cutter here for $3
http://www.conniescandles.com/colorssupplies.html
I use a log wire cutter and it really slices neatly.
thanks ange, i have been looking at different cutter boxes and this one was in my budget.
Is there a 62-44-18z wick??
