keep the flame away from the hot bowl? The flame goes under the bowl to warm the oil...
I think what David was trying to say was just be careful with any flame, lit match, etc. if it is near the FO.

What about the cardboard air fresheners? They are so cheap to make and package to give out as samplers for your new scents

I haven't had problems as yet with the wax clogging the spout. Lucky so far!

Aztec has about the best prices I've found for tins. I'm not sure if they ship overseas, but contact them and see!!
Wow Chris...Excellent prices (much better than the one I posted)...thank you for sharing!

This supplier is on the east coast and ships overseas.

Editing to say that you don't have to order in volume...just click where it says "order now" and you will see a price for one case of 12 tins.

I use the 51z for the 8oz and works perfect in parrafin blend.

I did a search and from what I can gather the manufacturer is discontinuing J300.

I have always used Hollyberry from Candles and Supplies....great cold and hot throw in parrafin.

There is actually a sale posted on the Supplier Announcement link on this board for shrink wrap. They have the tube type too.

Hi all,
I know there was something once about sealing Inkjet clear labels with something so the colors wouldn't rub off. Anyone know what that was?
TIA.

IndyGirl,
Scroll down to the bottom of this link and you will see adhesive seals in two different sizes. With some luck maybe one will work for you.

Here is the site I have been trying to remember! Finally came back to me!

Iwould NOT reccommend fancycandlejars.com.
I ordered some from them and they were poor quality...thin glass, uneven bases, and the the lids left a lot to be desired in their fit.
They don't seem to have a return policy...just a two for one replacement policy.

Yes...thank you Katie.
Just curious..do you or anyone else out there have the Soapguild insurance?
I have been considering them and would love some comments if anyone out there has their insurance.
TIA.

Ditto Candlewitch.
I just received my first (and LAST) order from fancycandlejars. They are inconsistent in shape, some actually lean sideways! Some of the bases were uneven in thickness and the lids were hard to remove. Ask for a sample before you spend like I did. They don't seem to have a return policy...just a replacement policy. So...bottom line is you get what you pay for and then you're stuck with it!!!

PRetty much there's the special rider group that will ride at funerals. Damn if I can remember what they are called and they were just in my town not too long ago.
Bikers are very patriotic too, don't forget that. Most also suppost the black and white flag of the MIA-POWs.
That would be the "PGR" Patriot Guard Riders. My husband is a member and has attended funerals for the fallen. They are very patriotic as are so many bikers...so maybe a "made in the USA" sticker would work on your products.

Here is another list...just scroll down a bit.

I initially used J300 for layered containers. Then I just started mixing it with J223 (which I used for regular containers). I loved the result when mixing the two waxes.
Now I am back to using straight J223. Works well for me, both hot and cold throw with zinc wicks.
