My original intent was for a three color twist, using the pour to fill in where the missing area was, thus the crazy result. I will try using just two pieces/colors to keep them fitting tight against the side of mold. It's my ongoing attempt at better candles through power tools! LOL

I would say definitely ice packs with butter. I was in the butter coop just a month or so ago and it wasn't as hot as it is now and mine were really soft.

Cool candle Janis! Awwwwwwww, Julie is going to make some soap! Please measure and mix your lye outside chic! Sometimes that lye has static built up and those eddy biddy granules go everywhere. Okay, I just got the numbers and I'm totally blown away!!!!!!!! The large basket with the Bamboo Sugar Cane went for $100.00 and the small basket (my mom made) with the 3 Sugar Plum Berries went for $65.00. Just on the silient auction alone they made $10,000.00. I'm soooooooo happy for them. The bad news is Jay (the young man) went to the Neuro Specialist yesterday and it looks like the turmor has grown and possible spread from the right side of his brain over to the left side. Kathy could hardly talk she was crying so hard. We need a miracle on this one. Please keep Jay in your prayers! Thank you all!
