  1. Oh my... This is Carrie the owner of Nurture. The OP had two accounts on our site. She did in fact choose Uzbekistan in the drop down in the account she ordered from. This was clarified weeks ago and I'm not sure why it was not mentioned once the OP knew what happened. One thing I can say about our company is that customer service is terrific! If we mess something up we always fix it ASAP! However, we do not check every address given to us, as it is automatically loaded into our shipping program. We trust that the address entered is the correct one. Since it was the error of the OP, we told her to reorder and we would refund once the original package was sent back to us. I believe this is very fair! Additionally, the OP won our drawing for our 9 bar soap cutter in last month's giveaway. I let her know and never heard back. I won't often reply publicly to customer complaints, but the above complaint is very unfair.
