Most web providers will require that you go through a "payment gateway" for your shopping cart -- that is, an outside service that will handle the money you bring in. That's where something like PayPal comes in. That's who I use, and I found it to be pretty simple to set up. You just need to find a payment gateway that's compatible with your content management system. (For example, my CMS is WordPress, but my hosting service is Bluehost.) I'm guessing Vistaprint is both your CMS and your host? Best of luck!
