    how long after you pour container candles should you wait to test burn?? and the same with votives....i read some where the voties should cure for 7 days. and how long after your container candles are cooled can you place the lids on them? any help would be great:yay:

    thanks so much for your time in helping me... its 40z jelly jar..I was going to give them as sample candles...I burned it for about 2 hours last night and again this morning for about 2 hours..i think the scent throw is good.

    the candle i tested is only a 4oz jelly jar... I also poured in 16oz jellt jars and in 8oz wide mouth jelly jars

    so would you say my candles are OK..I just need to burn them longer?? I have a picture but dont know if I can post that here..it just shows how the candles is melting

    Hi everyone I have been busy reading on here...and I need some help....I am pouring container candles....mason jars..Im using IGI 4627 Comfort Blend wax and HTP73 wicks...but my wax is not melting all the way to the edge..Any help?? Thanks so much Kris:yay:
