I have ordered from them a few times. Their electric burners sell really good. I went to the Trade show with 3 boxes full of them and came home with 1/2 a box full. I buy the electric and the aroma melters. The electric burners with the cord are much bigger than the aroma melters that plug directly into the wall. But both sell well. I also have been selling their fragrance oils too and they go like hot cakes. I may start my own line of oils now that I know people love them.

100 boxes in a box in canada is 75$ (of tealight), plus shipping charges. So really they are close to 1.00 each once they get here. So I bet once my U.S. order gets here the price would end up being equal to what I usually pay anyway. Geeze! i just can't get a break!

I just ordered tealight and votive acetate boxes. My order came to 180.00 and my shipping is 130.00 holy cow!! I live in Canada and there is still customs on top of that. How in the world can I find good quality packaging for a good price? The shipping kills us all in Canada! My normal canadian supplier of these sells tealight pkg for .75 + shipping. So i thought .31 was a great deal till I saw the shipping price. Am i still saving money? My goodness!

First of all thanks for all your opinions. But 1 month ago she did give me her website address and it was not that one at all. This one is brand new as it states on her webpage. But I am not angry anymore. It was in the heat of the moment when I first saw her new website. I have had time to think about it and learn that it is probably just a template. Sorry to everyone if I seemed unprofessional on how I handled the situation. But I have, like I stated before, cooled down. And I have appreciated everyones opinion on the matter and I don't feel like I need to reflect on this anymore, as I know how I am going to handle this in my own way... by doing nothing and enjoying making candles.

So your telling me that she should drop me as her wholesaler because I'm mad that she stole my words? Whatever!! I was just asking for advice on how to react to this, and if anyone had anything like this happen before, and if i should say anything to her. If she does look at CT then maybe she can write her own words. I really only do not agree with the paragraph and the background, if it is a template then so be it she can use it. I'm am in no way putting her down, she seems like a nice lady and I have had a lot of interaction over the past month. I was just wondering why all of a sudden she has this homepage and it is strickingly similar to mine. Of course the pictures are different and changed around, who would be dumb enough to copy ererything from a persons website. She obviously does have to make it her own! I didn't realize that there were even templates that anyone can use. So I thought that she copied every single placement of pics, and other things on the homepage. So it's nice to know that she didn't do it maliciously. So the words from everyone is ... I should not be mad, and it's a template she chose to use. That is what I was looking for, was advice on how to react, and i got it thanks!

I definately don't think I shot myself in the foot. She has the same background and her wording is almost the same as mine. Where she could of thought of her own. She probably only used the tart picture because it's the only picture that doesn't have my name on it. But it's the product shes selling anyway so my pictures are not a big concern. Anyway, so everyone is telling me it's not a big deal. I can see that she probably really likes my website and just started with that. I just hope if she uses my website and designs as a template that she could ask if it's ok. Or I could private label for her.

My web designer does not give out templates, and she is not working with him. This she has done on her own. Yah it looks a bit different, but of course who wants to be a copy cat. But we live very close together that is all I'm saying. If she lived way down in florida...who cares! But she lives 400km away. I just want her to ask me for permission to do the same thing. If she wants to copy my labels, I can give her private labeling. Or I can give her permission to do her own with my same layout. Anyway I can see the resemblance!

Yes she has her own pictures, it's her homepage I do not like at all!! It is very similar and she has just done this website in the last 3 weeks. I wonder where she got the homepage idea from? MINE!! I definately know she will be a long term customer, but I want her to keep to her own ideas. Or ask me if she can do certain things.

Yah very true. But to have a very similar webite? My website is pretty origional and she copied it. I'm not happy with that idea, maybe she should of asked first, maybe I could of given her a guideline to follow or yes to certain things and images if she wants some. I would like some advice on if I should keep her or stop her order ASAP. She was getting free shipping next week because i was driving past her house anyway, so i need help on how to react to this.

my website is (removed) hers is (removed) I know that the background anyone can probably get, and she better keep to her own pictures. But frig it is very similar!! She needs to take this down. She is pretty good with computers so she should know that copying someone elses hard work is not right.
