MoonShadow Posted August 27, 2012 Share Posted August 27, 2012 (edited) Does anyone know if the differences between Lavender (Lavandula Officinalis) and Lavandin (Lavandula Hybrida) are detectable after the lye monster does it's thing in CP soap?From what I read, Lavender is sweeter, more floral, and subtle, while Lavandin has a more camphor and is longer lasting. I like the idea of longer lasting, but not the camphor. :undecidedFor those of you who have soaped with both, what's your preference?
