icecold Posted June 6, 2012 Share Posted June 6, 2012 Has anyone made this from scratch? Either with cp soap or totally from scratch with potassium hydroxide to make liquid soap first? Also once the liquid soap is made what preservative is good to add when you add distilled water for the dispenser? I have searched with no luck.
