Yes the one from Just Scent is amazing just really expensive. I guess because it is so good they up the price.

Does anyone know if and where oils can be purchased in bulk with a better price than just buying 16 oz at a time? I am looking for Abercrombie & Fitch Fierce that I get from Just Scent but it is almost $27 a pound. So expensive.

Tried it the other day and very disappointed! First they were hard to put together. The liners have to snap together on the inside, thank goodness I have small hands. After 2 days I had to have my husband get the end piece off and he had a hard time doing it. The soap leaked out a little from the seam and bottom and I did make sure they snapped together. I put the soap stuck in the liner in my cold mud room and it did peel off easily after the night in the cold. I plan on sending them back as I got the big 12 molder. I will just go back to my PVC pipes with my liners from the dollar store.

Just got the mold today. Haven't tried it yet but wondering how easy it is to get out of the tube? Do you undo the bottom and does the loaf come out with the bottom?

Anyone ever try this? Does the soap stick to the base?

Krazekelly, how did you like the molds? I just ordered the one with 12 tubes. I hope they work. Are the tubes the same diameter as the 3" pvc pipe?

I tried another recipe with higher olive and lower palm. Not much of a difference. Would you all suggest lowering the cocoa butter?

I soap at 100 degrees and here is the recipe. 25% Olive oil 27% Coconut 36% Palm 5% Cocoa 7% Castor

I have been using the same recipe for quite a while and it traces way too fast. I make CP with Kats creamy bubble recipe. I know fragrance oils can speed up trace as I have a few that do but my recipe traces in about a minute. I have also had it come to a false trace I believe that's what it was. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have been making CP with this scent from CS for years and it is now not skin safe? What is in it that is not skin safe? I did not irritate me or any customers.

Looking for a mold with a silicone liner like Uplands but they are no longer in business. What is your fave mold?

Thanks All! It took a long time to fund the right packaging. My friend designed the box and ended up being cheaper in the long runthan ordering plain boxes and printing separate labels.

How do you all line your pvc pipes for CP soap? I have tried not lining them and had a very hard time getting the soap out. I have also used thin flexible cutting boards with some success but not completely satisfied with the outcome of the soap with lines and sometimes hard to get the soap out as the soap would leak behing the cutting board onto the pipe. Then I tried lining the cutting board lined pvc pipe with freezer paper and that works but there has to be an easier way. I did come across plastic bags that you put inside the length of the tube but they are hard to fill. I feel I have tried it all. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Anyone try this yet? How do you like it? Would be using it in Soy candles.

I think I am going back to 415 wax. Been using 464 for a while and the scent throw is not as good. I think I used Eco 12 in my masons with the 415. Any suggestions?

Has anyone made this from scratch? Either with cp soap or totally from scratch with potassium hydroxide to make liquid soap first? Also once the liquid soap is made what preservative is good to add when you add distilled water for the dispenser? I have searched with no luck.

Can the liquid soap made from this be made into foaming soap? Does there need to be a preservative?

I made beer soap with guiness and used Mistletoe from CS and it turned out to be a creamy white color. Very strange. You never know what color it will turn out.
