What wax and FO % for tarts, melts

Hi all,

I am going to make some clamshell melts for the first time this weekend. I have some IGI 4630 on hand... is that a good wax for this? Any other suggestions?

What % FO should I use? 1.5oz per lb? Or even 2?

I saw someone selling melts on Ebay that uses 3oz. They say their melts are really soft because of that, obviously because the wax can't hold that much. Is that ok to do in a warmer?
