I think there was too much inconsistency in the colors that helped to lead to their removal. There could have been any number of reasons they aren't available through TKB any more. It's just my guess that the inconsistency issues with first the yellow and then gradually with the other colors may have led to some issues. Who knows, maybe there's a suspect ingredient in them too.
