EnvyCandles Posted July 30, 2010 Share Posted July 30, 2010 OK so I recently was given a bundle of terrace/elevation jars, but no lids....Any ideas as to how to use these? I currently use labels, but should I consider little 'necklaces' ? It would be great to use these as they are 5oz and 16 oz....Another question- I did receive some 'old fashioned' lids that could be used with both 5oz and 16 oz jars (just a few) but they seem to have rust on them, or maybe discoloration. The lids are very smooth, but they are partially rust colored so I assume it is rust. These are the caps that have the little 'handles' on them. I wonder if I can paint these or something similar so I can use them? Just wanna be sure that I don't paint them with something flammable!!
