ChandlerJane
Folks, I'm testing the new wood wicks from Wicks Unlimited (MUCH better than the wood wicks being sold by certain suppliers). I'm testing using a 24-26 oz apothecary and I use J50. It seems that the wax pulls away from the wood wicks and, when I light it the first time, there is a massive sink hole which pretty much extinguishes the wick right after lighting.I pour in large quantities, so relief holes aren't an option. Would pouring cooler help? Pouring hotter? Would doing two pours help? I would love some help here as I'm racking my brain trying to figure this out.
